[Anton's P.O.V.]
I heard a commotion going on within the pack, so I stood before Panse again.
"You're the one who spread the word about the wizard?" I glared icily at him.
I had suspected that there was a spy among my men. Now that these rumors had been circulating in the pack, my suspicions might be right. Was the culprit perhaps the true orchestrator behind all of this?
"You suspect me? I just found out about this." Panse was surprised, but he returned to his usual calm self. I was just about to come looking for you. Of all things, why did you have to investigate wizards? Now everyone in the pack knows about this issue. What if the wizard is not a good person? Isn't that like placing and triggering a time bomb around everyone? "
Panse spoke so seriously that it really didn't seem like he was involved. However, he was the most hypocritical person in the world so my suspicions only increased. He was definitely plotting something again.
