I didn't expect Anton to hold my hand and look at me with such a complicated expression.
Only then did I realize that Anton must have anticipated the mysterious wizard's words when he handed Myron over to Olly.
The noisy crowd went away leaving us in uncomfortable silence. The old man's words kept ringing through my ears through my mind. Fine, I admitted that his words bothered me. How could anyone not be after hearing that from a wizard?
Seeing that all the guests had left and the banquet hall's door had been closed, Hart immediately asked, "The daughter of the Bright Moon Pack Alpha?"
What little knowledge Hart had of me was that I was a rogue she-wolf and the owner of Moon Manor, which wasn't surprising since I had deliberately hidden my past from him. That was why he was very surprised by what he just heard now.
Anton nodded and said, "Yes, Bright Moon Pack's Alpha has two daughters and Ellie is the eldest daughter."
