"So?" I looked at Anton coldly. "Will you return Myron to me?"
I didn't want to waste my time with Anton. Since he brought it up first, I didn't beat around the bush.
"Are you still angry with me?" Anton frowned. His voice was as gentle as when he was talking to Myron. I'm sorry, Ellie. I shouldn't have misunderstood you. I was the one who hurt you."
Hart must have told him more about Myron and me. Was he going to apologize to me? Even if he did, I wouldn't be able to get back the four years of life I had lost.
I sneered. "If you're saying that I betrayed you, then you're right. I did have a child before marriage."
"And that child is mine. I don't know how you got pregnant and I hope you can tell me the truth, but don't test my patience," said Anton without hesitation.
