[Ellie's P.O.V.]
When I saw that person, I recognized him. He was the one who arrogantly said that he wanted the best room the day when he arrived yesterday. He acted as if he was a nouveau riche. He was probably one of the arrogant guests here, so it wasn't hard to remember his name: Doug.
The guest was sitting on the edge of the bed with his head lowered. He was frowning but it was hard to tell if it was due to sadness or something else.
I approached him but before I could speak, I saw him look up at me with an unfriendly gaze and say in a strange tone, "You're the owner of this hotel? What kind of famous hotel is this? I don't think it's that great! It does live up to its name: a hotel built by a group of rogue werewolves who can't even guarantee the safety of the hotel!"
My face instantly darkened. Not only was his tone unfriendly, but he was also slandering us and the hotel. He was just like Mrs. Kerry two days ago, unrefined.
