Rowling was silent for a long time.
After a while, she finally spoke, choking back a few sobs, "What Myron said is true. I had noticed that something was wrong with Daisy for a long time. I help Daisy pack her school supplies every night, but every few days, I would find that something was missing from her bag. At first, I thought that she might have accidentally misplaced them it. But her things went missing more and more frequently. That was when I realized something was wrong.
"At first, it was a pen and a small pencil knife. Later, it was a colored pencil, a pen holder, and a cup. But Daisy never told me about these things, so I simply gave her new ones because I was waiting for her to tell me when she was ready. I didn't expect it to develop to this extent."
