[Ellie's P.O.V.]
The mate relationship was constantly torturing me, I almost couldn't bear it. My wolf was always trying to push me toward Anton.
"A birth machine?" Anton suddenly laughed sarcastically, "Ellie, my father passed the Alpha position to me, and I will pass it to my son. My mate will give birth to my offspring, what's wrong with that?"
I looked at Anton in disbelief. "Mr. Anton, let me ask you, giving birth is obviously a matter between two people. Why does a woman always have to passively accept it in a mate relationship? Why is it always the woman who gets hurt?"
