I frowned, trying to see if there was anything strange on his face, but he returned to his original expression. I couldn't read him at all. In the end, I just looked at him coldly and turned to leave. Anyway, no matter what request he made, I would not agree.
Since he was hiding something from me, I was going back to Moon Manor.
I walked out of the house and drove straight over.
I was so excited to find Ellie, but I realized that I couldn't sense her aura no matter where I went in the hotel.
I stood in the garden where I last came into close contact with Ellie, but there was still no sign of her. I only saw a she-wolf, who was about the same age as Ellie, directing the staff to water the flowers. I was guessing she was a manager here. Maybe she knew where Ellie was.
I walked over to her and asked, "Hello, do you know where the owner of this hotel, Ellie, is?"
