[Ellie's P.O.V.]
I heard Anton taking a deep breath behind me. I had only taken a few steps before he pulled me back. I had no patience to deal with him. I frowned as I shouted at him. "Are you done?"
He looked at me in silence for a while before slowly saying, "I'm actually here to find the owner of your hotel. I'm planning to hold an Alpha Conference at your hotel and I need to make a booking."
This sounded like a lame excuse. "Moon Manor only serves rogue werewolves and inferior wolves. We don't entertain guests like you. Not to mention that the hotel rooms have been fully booked, so Alpha should look for another place."
He had his excuses, I had mine. Even though Moon Manor was now open to all customers, since I had the final say, I had the right to refuse Anton. But if he was about to hold an Alpha Conference, would that mean that I would see my father and mother? I wondered how Yili was doing.
