After Kelly agreed to the request, Donald informed her that he will be taking her to the family house to meet up with his family so as for them to know that he has gotten a wife. At first, Kelly didn't agree with the idea but the pain she saw in Donald's eyes made her agree unwillingly, so they fixed a date they will embark on the journey.
Kelly later decided to call her friends to inform them of her intention of following Donald to Florida to meet up with his family, she picked up the phone and called Mira, it rang for some time before it was picked up by someone
" Hello Kelly" Mira greeted on the phone " how are you doing"
" am fine, tell everyone to meet me up at Clifford restaurant "
" But how come....." she ended the phone call on Mira, as she was about to say something
" we can talk about that later," she said and went to dress up for the outing. she entered her car and breathed out in excitement because this is going to be the first time going outside ever since she got married to Donald. As she drives out of the compound nobody tried to stop her and it made her heart rejoice.
when she reached the restaurant, everyone was already waiting for her
" did you guys book a flight or something, how come you guys made it all in time ?" she asked as she took her seat around the table and drops her handbag beside it
" have you finally done it ? " Mira asked " this one you came out today "
" Well, about that, no is the answer"
" What !!!" they all shouted,
" why ?" Angelica asked
" he told me about his life story and it was freaking sad so I decided to help him and the pay is huge, I can't leave that," she said and explained the whole story to them
" Are you crazy!!! ? how can you agree to such a thing ?" Ella freaked out after Kelly must have told them the whole story
" have it gotten to you noticed that Donald is gay and you are living with him ?" Angelica asked and Kelly frowned
" look Angelica, I don't have time for your gospel this morning". Mira looked at Kelly with a concerned expression "do you realize that madam Karen is the one you are about to mess with, how dangerous that is? "
" he needs help and is the only hope he has, I can't disappoint him " Kelly tried to explain but it didn't sit well with her friends, they kept on murmuring until Ella cleared her throat
" look, as your friend, I won't advise you to mixed up with people who can buy your life at any time but I will help you in any way I can "
Kelly's face brighten at that world, Mira later added her own
" Kelly please be careful, the place you are going now is not a clear path but a path full of rocks, so be careful not to fall into the bad hands " Kelly nodded " okay, I know "
" my own is this, Kelly if this didn't work out, please come out, gay is forbidden in the bible "
" Okay Angelica, I have heard you, so has everyone agreed with this, " Kelly asked and they hesitated for a few seconds before nodding their heads, Angelica's heart settled immediately as she saw her friends nod, and she breathed out " thank you all, babes "
" is nothing, we love and will always be with you " Mira commented as she comes forward to give her a hug
" We love you, Kelly," Angelica said and gave Kelly her tight hug, so it remains Ella. Ella looked at Kelly for a long time before bringing out ear pod from her handbag
" take this, put it on your ear and call me whenever you want to meet up with Donald's family, I will tell you what to do, I love you dear" Ella muttered and kissed her on her left cheek. Kelly started sobbing slightly as she saw how helpful her friends were, she hugged them with tears of joy " I didn't know you guys love me like this"
" We always do Kelly "
" I have to take my leave now " she picks up her handbag and stood up " before I miss the flight to Florida " she ran off
" Don't forget to put on the pods when they are having a family meeting !! " Ella shouted to her hearing
" I know "
" Don't forget to invite us over to Florida when you have the chance, we could love to travel with you " Angelica shouted again
" is Donald the gay that is going for the flight you know? " Kelly replied with scorn as she ran towards her car " don't worry, I will invite you guys over to join me"
" bye Kelly, we love and be safe" Mira murmured.
When Kelly reached home her husband has already packed everything they needed for the journey making Kelly realize that this wasn't a joke but something very serious. Even though Kelly was a little bit scared but it didn't prevent the feeling of excitement that enveloped her features, the feeling of Change of environment. ever since Kelly was a child, she hasn't traveled or been to another country before, and she has always dreamed of this day, so no matter the type of feeling that comes her way, she will never forget it today. when they reached the airport, two servants walked up to them and guided them towards their private plane, when Kelly entered the plane, she was surprised to see a plane that beautiful, like the plane, was so decorated with a red carpet, wines, couch and flowers making her wonder whether they were on a honeymoon.
when the plane moved, she held Donald tight to his body because she was afraid of height, this was her first flight and also her first time holding Donald so close before, she stayed like that with Donald until they reached their destination. immediately after they reached their destination, Kelly quickly removed her body from Donald's as she marches towards the exit. immediately they stepped out of the plane, they saw a Lamborghini already waiting for them, Kelly jumped up with joy at the sight of the car but later retained her self for her not to embarrass herself.
The driver walked up to them and greeted " welcome to Florida sir".
