Chapter 10 - A suitor

I was keeping a watch on the building of Da-eun 's apartment.

"Why isn't her car coming out?" I mumbled, looking at my phone.

"It's nine already," I thought, a took a small walk while waiting for her.

"Finally," I said, as she stepped off the building wearing a beige A-line dress, her hair and those boots were reaching over her knees.

A taxi pulled over beside her as she moved to the main road.

"I hope you enjoy the date," I said, staring at her and hurried for the taxi too.

"Follow that car," I asked the taxi driver to follow her cab.

"Okay!" he replied, going after their car.

"Hurry up, we can't lose them," I said, as her cab sped up.

We kept following her for fifteen minutes until they halted ahead of a club.

"Thanks," I said, leaving the taxi in a hurry to follow her.

"You're not coming," a message popped up from the restaurant manager.

"I'm sick, I'll be off today," I texted back, putting the phone on flight mode.

"Where did she just go?" I thought, moving inside the club to look for her.

"That idiot needs to talk now too," I irritated.

People were stepping over my shoes as I made my way through the club.

"Really! Is everyone in this club," I shouted, with a sigh squeezing through the crowd.

"Where she went now?" I mumbled as I stepped up to the second floor to spot her in the crowd.

"I was looking for her everywhere," I said, as she was sitting beside a guy on the second-floor lounge.

They both cracked, as he whispered something in her ear.

"I think he's the one," I thought gazing at the guy, he was in his early inches taller than her, his curly hairs were combed back, and a leather jacket was moving around his robust bust those leather. "River Rider," the logo was engraved on his jacket similar to his gloves.

"His jacket is peculiar" I mumbled clicking their picture, I zoomed in on the see logo.

"River rider," was written in the centre of a logo.

"River rider," I filled up for the search.

"Stunt biker," I read, through the headline of an article about them.

"She's dating a biker, is he the right guy," I thought, opening the camera of my phone and holding it close to my belly, to capture their video.

"They're not even holding their hands, maybe I was wrong," I thought, gazing at them as they were busy laughing and drinking together.

"I wasted my whole day for this," I mumbled with a sigh staring at them.

"My phone's battery is about to die too," I said, checking it again as I've been filming them for an hour.

Da-eun put her glass down and they both stood up holding their hands, he placed a goodbye kiss over her lips and both smiled at each other as he started to lead her, wrapping his arms tightly around her back.

"Seriously," I mumbled, saving the recording.

"Let's see how special you're," I thought, staring at the guy who opened the door of the cab to see her off.

They closed the door swiftly as soon as she was inside the car.

"Follow that bike," I asked opening the door of a taxi which just had left its customers.

"What?" the driver asked.

"Follow that taxi," I said again raising my voice.

He halted his bike at an apartment building in Ahyeon dong, after a half-hour ride.

"He lives here, it's similar to my status," I thought, getting out of the cab.

"It was suspicious I must make her uncomfortable," I mumbled, looking at the house with a smirk.

"I'm already feeling it," I thought, as I stepped towards the door of the house to click the pictures.

"Anyone here," I said, ringing the bell.

"Coming," the guy said, moving out of the house.

"Yes," he asked, opening the door.

"Who are you?" he asked, rolling his eyes.

"I'm looking for a house to rent. My agent told me this is empty," I asked.

"May I see the owner?" I asked.

"This is my house, who told you this," he asked, scratching his neck, a ghost rider's tattoo which was going all over to his shoulders became visible.

"My mistake," I replied, leaving.

"Do you want to come inside?" he asked, after me.

"No, I'm fine," I replied, without turning back.

"Such a fine suitor," I said, with a scoff.
