I don't know what kind of party it is, I dress to fit the reason I was going to attend the party. I was going as Snake's escort, so I knew to look the part.
"Wow." Abby breathed once I spin to face her.
I self consciously check my outfit, a strapless black gown that stopped right above my knees, and the back cut out so low that the beginning of my ass was probably on display, and my hair could not cover it anymore since I had it cut to on top of my shoulders.
"Is it okay?" I ask her.
"You are asking me if this smoking hot, drop dead gorgeous look is okay?" she gave me a flat, are you kidding me? expression.
I look back to the bathroom mirror. The minimal make she fought to apply on my face made me look more like my age than a teenager with more responsibilities than most people my age.
"It's just.. the dress is sticking to me like a second skin. I'm not sure I'm comfortable in this." I wince at how boring I sound.
