My eyes rolled. His eyes were blank and very cruel. How could he ... say all these, straight to my eyes even when I'm almost begging?
I can't believe his decision was so sudden. He didn't even include me on his plans. He didn't even think about me. My tears flowed even more.
"W-What?"
"You heard me. We're not coming back."
"W-How am I? How are we?"
His eyes darkened more.
"That's why I'm breaking up with you now."
My chest tightened. Another batch of tears pooled in my eyes.
"I-I don't want that! You can't fucking leave me!"
"My decision is final, Audrey. Stop insisting!" he shouted to my surprise. The anger was too potent in his voice I almost stepped back.
"Then give me a valid reason why you will divorce me!" I challenge.
"I told you! It's not ideal to have a girlfriend at the moment. Why don't you just focus on studying? We'll both be better off then!"
