"They are almost here. Will we face them or will we run?"
He gave me a ridiculous look. "Run? Are you kidding me? Let me remind you that I'm Landon Arthurs. I had never ran away from my enemies, so there's no way I'm gonna do that now."
"What? Are you saying we will gonna face them head-on just by the two of us? I heard that the vampire council is composed of powerful vampires. That is suicide, Landon!"
His brow raised at me. "Are you afraid of dying?"
