"You are a tourist attraction." The two just laughed.
"You're bitter, Des. Is it a strict tutor that makes you look so angry?"
"You asked, Lil. I hate that man. Arrogant and too fresh. Far from my type. Also, he's old."
"He's just twenty-three, Des! We're only five years apart from him."
I just shrugged, stopping myself from saying more bad things about him. After all, he's still my tutor.
Wearing a silk robe, I opened the glass door towards my room's veranda. It was one of the usual nights of October, cold and dark.
The cold wind bit my body as I stepped towards the railings. Upon reaching it, I propped up both elbows, crossing my arms on either side of the shoulders.
The atmosphere was peaceful. I let the gentle waves of my hair, while slowly looking up at the dark sky filled with stars. Between those shiny little things, a moon shines brightly. The moon that never fails to fascinate me.
