You were driving and had to stop the car so you could read the directions Amy texted you. You knew Amy moved in with her boyfriend, Markiplier, and he lived about 30 minutes away from you.
"Why am I going? I really can't believe I said I would visit. I wish Sirius was with me, but she doesn't come back from training until tomorrow." (Sirius is your black German shepherd). Your therapist recommended you get an emotional support dog for your ADHD, depression, and panic attacks, so you found Sirius. She was 4 months old when you found her at a shelter. She's now 2 years old.
You had her go to a dog training camp to be an emotional support dog when she was 1 and after a year of training, she is a fully trained emotional support dog and she helps You with your ADHD and depression.
Most people were afraid of her cause of her wolf like appearance but that's what you liked most about her. When you pet Sirius it made you feel better and she made you calm. She is now trained to stand by your side and follow you, she has always sensed your ADHD and would put her nose on your hand when you were having a panic attack. She made you feel better and safer to be around people.
"Okay, now I just have to make a turn here and I'll be there." You said.
After a few minutes of driving, you were passing a bunch of nice and expensive looking houses. "Dang, I knew Mark was famous but this is incredible."
Earlier...
-Amy's POV-
"Y/N is finally coming to visit! I haven't seen her in months." Amy cheered happily.
"It's nice we finally get to meet her." Mark said while sipping coffee.
"Well, she's kinda... standoffish at first. But she is really nice and caring. She even has a dog, who will be fast friends with Spencer and Chica." Amy said.
"Who's going to be friends with Spencer and Chica?" Said Ethan walking into the kitchen for a snack.
"Y/N and her dog. She's coming over later." Mark said while looking through his phone.
"We finally get to meet the elusive Y/N. Tell us more about her." Ethan said, he started to eat an orange.
"She's (age), has purple and blue hair, is kinda shy, is really hyper, is completely in shape, and loves dogs." Amy put away her mug in the cabinet.
"Sounds cool. What type of dog?" Ethan asked curious.
"I only saw her as a puppy, she looks like a black wolf."
"I can't wait to meet her." Ethan said while eating an orange slice.
"Before she gets here, Mark, could you go to the store later and get the groceries so we can make a great dinner, and take Ethan and Tyler with you?" Amy asked sweetly.
"Sure."
"It gives me the excuse to get candy!" Ethan said in a childish voice.
Later.
-Y/N's POV-
You drove up in the driveway and was shocked how beautiful the house was.
"This is amazing." I just sat there and then saw Amy walking out of the front door. She came up to my car door as I opened it.
"Welcome! It's great to see you!" She said without hugging you. You were hyper sensitive to touch but you just told Amy that you don't like hugs.
"You too, Amy." I said in a monotone voice. I wasn't feeling happy today, my depression hits at the worst times.
"Follow me, I'll give you a tour of the house." She lead the way.
I followed her into the house and was more amazed at the house.
It was beautiful, stunning, amazing. Words couldn't describe it. The house had three large white couches, a giant flat screen tv on the wall and a fireplace.
"This house is amazing."
Just then, two dogs ran up to me. I knew who Chica was from Mark's YouTube videos, but I didn't know the cute Australia mix.
"Hello Chica." I pet her head. "Who are you puppy?" I asked the other dog.
"This is Spencer. He's Ethan's dog. He is the sweetest boi." Amy pats his head.
Amy walked into the next room.
"This is the kitchen." Amy walks in the kitchen.
The kitchen was just as beautiful as the living room. Stainless steel countertops and fridge, nice kitchen island, and doors that lead to a patio outside.
"Plates and bowls are in this cabinet, silverware is in this drawer, and food is in the fridge."
Amy walks down the hall and shows me the rest of the house. We walked to the back patio and I was still in shock, can this place get anymore beautiful?
A giant pool, nice fenced in yard, beautiful hedges, fresh mowed grass, and a beautiful scenery of the mountains.
It even had a separate grass yard for the dogs to run around.
Me and Amy sit down on the lounge chairs. I was not a social person and conversations were hard to do. I wanted to make small talk but felt like I would be annoying, but the quiet is awkward.
"Where is Mark?" This was all I managed to come up with? I didn't care at all where Mark was.
"Oh, he, Ethan, and Tyler went to get groceries so we can have a great dinner tonight. We were hoping you would want to stay for dinner."
"Uh, sounds alright. Can I ask you something?" I asked nervously.
"Of course." Amy turned to me.
"Why did you want me to move in?" I asked while petting Spencer.
Amy looked sad at my question. "I've just been worrying lately. I think if you move in, you'll feel better, and everyone here is really nice and respectful. Trust me on this. I even cleaned out the room upstairs and put a bed and everything in there, all mostly purple."
"No offense but that sounds like the beginning of a murder movie." I joked... Kinda.
"I'm just trying to help. Having trust issues can be hard but you can overcome it by stepping out of your comfort zone and hang out with people that are nice."
I knew Amy was being nice but she doesn't understand the trust issues I have from being lied to, gaslighted, and everything. My therapist said the same thing. To be around people and learn to trust.
"I don't know. I would have to pack and then there's my apartment, and everything. And I don't know if Sirius would like it." I said.
"Sirius would get along with the dogs, and the guys would like her. Please consider it."
"I'll think about it."
Just then, Amy got a text.
"Oh, Mark is back!" She said with excitement. Amy went back inside the kitchen and Chica followed her.
Great, this is going to be annoying. I thought to myself.
To be continued.
