The sentence echoed in her head as she kept raking her brain for Chiaki's past. It was impossible, wasn't it? System divulged all the matters related to how the South Guardian lived her life up until the point Chiaki Spring from the physical world transmigrated.
Even the childhood memory of being left in the orphanage until the Spring husband and wife picked her up to be Natsuiro's little sister was still reachable. It was like watching the reflection of the moon on a clear stream at night, distorted shapes on it, but the moon was there, only not that sharp. At least Chiaki knew that the memories were there and that there was no doubt about how she ended up in the Spring household.
But, why wasn't there any sliver of memories of how she took the mantle of the next South Guardian? Who was even the previous South Guardian?
