The Elder Guilds are a select group of personnel that have devoted their lives to the research and development of knowledge about the Monsters. Governments and Kingdoms have allayed together in order to learn more about the Monsters that have resurfaced 30 years ago. The Elder Guilds are specifically centered around the monsters, while economic and political issues are separate from the Elder Guilds.
