Chapter 18 - Vent Your Anger

Zhao Xier stretched out her leg and kicked Zhang Yuan's chair when she heard that. "You are not mistaken. I just like to hit my friends, big and small!" Zhang Yuan choked. He cast a sad glance at Zhao Xier. "You have gone too far. We have not seen each other in two days, and your mood has shifted dramatically. You sound like you have consumed fire. When I'm free, I will send you some videos so you can vent your anger." Zhang Yuan's expression gradually shifted. "I guarantee it's high-definition and uncensored—"

"No!" Zhao Xier politely declined. "I have no interest in that" Zhang Yuan refused to give up. "If you don't want one with a woman, I can find you a video that has men. If you are looking for excitement, a transvestite is also acceptable."

"Get lost!" It would have been fine if he had not said anything, but Zhao Xier became enraged the moment he did.

Even though she was constrained by her character setting and struggled in her exams, she did not miss out on important information. She had learned about the trigonometric function in mathematics and wanted to do some practice questions to solidify her understanding. As a result, she asked their group chat if anyone had any practice questions. Zhang Yuan secretly sent her a message and a document. The document was called Exam Questions.

Zhao Xier did not think much about it at the time and simply opened the file. There were no practice questions in the end. It was all a romance film!

Zhang Yuan smiled wretchedly. "Are you satisfied with the math last time? If you're not satisfied, I'll change it to something else. There's biology, chemistry, and everything else. The plots are lively and interesting. I guarantee you'll be satisfied."

Zhao Xier remained silent. She felt it was a mistake to speak with Zhang Yuan! She kicked the boy. She was frustrated and rested her head on the table for a nap. Her thoughts were consumed by the wound on Xiao Mohan's hand and his paler-than-paper face.

That was so annoying. Zhao Xier became increasingly frustrated as she considered it. She did not cause his injury. He had collapsed on his own. Why was she so worried?

"If you want to sleep, Zhao Xier, just sleep. Why are you disturbing everyone? Leave if you do not want to listen to the class." Zhao Xier abruptly stood up before the teacher could finish speaking. Her movement was too powerful, and she dragged the chair with her. She landed on the ground with a thud. "Teacher, I have disturbed the class, so I am going outside to stand as punishment," she said to the teacher.

When Zhao Xi finished speaking, not only Zhang Yuan but also the other students in the class were taken aback. Zhao Xier was unconcerned about their reactions. She stood up and was about to leave after she finished speaking. She had just taken a step when she had an idea and turned around to walk back to her seat. She gathered the chair that had fallen to the ground and stowed it.

The students in the class watched Zhao Xier's departing figure and only averted their gaze when she was out of sight. For a while, the teacher remained silent. He looked at the chair that Zhao Xier had put away. What made that person so fearless?

Zhao Xier had no idea her actions had made such an impression on the teacher. She did not stand in the corridor obediently after leaving the classroom. She looked around but saw no one, so she proceeded to the infirmary. The doctor's office was not far from the classrooms. The walk took less than ten minutes.

Zhao Xier did not rush into the doctor's office. Instead, she went inside and discovered that Xiao Mohan had already awakened. The doctor was applying gauze and disinfectant to his wounds. The doctor was a man in his thirties. He was attractive and gentle, with a pleasant demeanor. He was popular with the students.

Xiao Mohan had pale, slender fingers. Even though the doctor was a man, he could not help but look at them again. He gently placed a disinfectant-soaked cotton swab on Xiao Mohan's wound. Xiao Mohan's fingers could not stop moving as soon as the cotton swab touched the wound, and his face paled.

The doctor noticed Xiao Mohan's reaction to the disinfectant and teased him, "Why are you more afraid of pain than a girl?"

Xiao Mohan had a high pain threshold. That was a perceptual nerve problem that he could not control. When he heard the school doctor's words, his eyes darkened, and his expression changed. He despised being compared to girls just because he appeared weak and feminine.
