The Time Freeze domain affected all places. As long as it wasn't covered by Ji Ruo's Time Freeze domain, time would stop flowing for eight hours.
Ji Xiaoxiao came to the top of the mountain and looked up at the towering Heavenly Creation Tree. She was about to pick the fruit when she suddenly saw the grass under her feet that hadn't bent after she stepped on it. She slapped her head.
"Tsk! I can't pluck the fruit now that time has stopped!"
Time Freeze meant that time had stopped flowing.
Picking the fruit was a process, and during Time Freeze, other than within the territory, there was no concept of a process.
Although Ji Xiaoxiao could move normally in Time Freeze, she couldn't affect anything outside of Time Freeze.
There was no concept of 'process' outside of the time freeze.
In other words, he was relatively invincible.
