So I recently went scavenging outside and found a computer chip and a USB drive. I managed to recover only part of the data and I will try to decrypt the rest. From that first part that I maganged to decrypt, was easy base binary, it seems to be from a person who created AI or something like that and some of the text was a bit corrupted but at the end there was part of a URL and the rest must be in the USB drive, the only thing now is to decrypt it.
