"Soufflés?" Fred gasped. He knew this was one of the three most difficult things to bake, especially the chocolate soufflé.
"Well," he started, "Soufflés are pretty challenging. They require a special technique to pull off, especially a recipe like that of a soufflé."
The other chefs nodded, and he knew this would be the moment when he had to reveal the recipe.
"Okay," he walked over to the kitchen counter and smiled, "Let's start with some simple, basic soufflés. Not the chocolate soufflé... just the easy one."
Taking out the ingredients one by one, he set them all down, each without specific measurements.
"Let's start with the easy ingredients: butter, all-purpose flour, salt, a pinch of pepper, milk, egg yolk, egg whites, and cream of tartar."
"Um... Head chef?" one of the brave chefs respectfully called.
"Yes?" Fred replied.
"Isn't there a specific measurement for all of these?"
