Restless on the king-sized bed, Ivan decided to take a walk instead of trying to sleep off, when he knew it would be hopeless.
Dragging his heavy body, he walked to the balcony first. This wasn't not far from the bed which did not have the peace he needed dearly.
Holding onto the rail, he looked down at the heartbreaking sight, "What is life without love?"
Gripping tighter, the poor irons got squeezed under his merciless grips.
"Why must it be you! I LOVED YOU FIONA! I LOVED YOU!!"
Ivan yelled out so loud, the entire city could hear the cry of a man who lost his love and also a quarter of his money. All these happened just within a night.
Clutching onto his chest, he looked at the dark skies and whispered, "I truly loved you."
Ivan had never felt this heartbroken ever. Not once. And neither did he ever think he would.
