Ace who used gravitational manipulation , manipulated the bed infront of him to levitate slightly upwards. The bed responded to his actions and levitated upwards , causing his pillow to fall off his bed.
"Damn , this feels awesome!"
Ace , who never saw the faces of his parents or had close friends , was extremely happy because his one day dream was to have an ability of his own. His living style was always poor while the others who knew him , called him a slave.
But now , with his gravitational manipulation , he could finally feel that he has hope of getting revenge to all those who mistreated him.
"Hehehe , just wait. I'm coming for all of use."
Ace willed the bed to return back to its position and according to his actions , the bed descended back on the ground.

After looking at his status screen and confirming that everything is in place , he looked below his inventory and saw the note changed. It caused a visible vein to show on his forehead.
"This irritable note , tch. System , when can I start grinding?"

"Oh , and stop calling me user , just call me Ace."

"Good , now let's go."
After changing his clothes to a more comfortable attire , he walked out his apartment and tried to lock his door but remembered he couldn't.
"Damn it! My door doesn't exist anymore!"
He yelled , angered that his door was destroyed and continued to walk away from his apartment , arriving at a bus stop near his area.
"If I want to grind , I need to go into the forest where there's easy monsters to deal with."
Ace thought , while going into an area where the government has control of would guarantee his safety , he would rather kill off monsters where no one would ask about his abilities.
After the breach in Earth , humans have improved their technology after the struggles they have gone through. It caused Earth to go through a revolutionary evolvement that increased the environmental health of plants and animals of Earth. Earth has now more pure oxygen and humans have their bodies improved to the extent of every normal human having the average abilities of a athlete no matter how their body structure looks like. The government , who are 95% of people who have blessings , named the ones who fought off the monsters , "Heroes".
The "Heroes" carry , out missions and tasks to eliminate monsters while also gaining profit. The "Heroes" have ranks that start from "human to Ancient" rank with four others in between. Many other occupations have been discovered throughout the hardships of mankind like alchemy , blacksmithing , rune-creation and enchanters.
The government has created a guild that supports the blessed one's who are fated to fight with the monsters. In a guild , there are quests and tasks that range from rank F being the lowest and SSS being the highest. Blessed one's have a chance of becoming a "Hero" if they reach rank A or if their power is equivalent to a rank A. America , where Ace is now , has 4 rank A's and 1 rank S human. The country which has the most rank S's is Japan , which has 8 rank S's that constantly go and defeat monsters.
Blessed one's continue fighting monsters to improve their skills and power. If a blessed one trains hard enough with their ability , they can surpass their limit and reach a new level of power after they trained enough. There are also institutions that teach younger blessed one's to improve their abilities and help them grow into strong "Hero's". Ace who is in his last year of his academy , hoped that he had an ability so that he could find a job one day to support himself.

After 20 minutes of waiting for a bus to arrive , a sign of a bus heading towards his stop appeared but Ace couldn't see it properly. It was still early in the morning and his eye sight wasn't that powerful enough to escape the sun's gaze which left him to guess that the vehicle was a bus.
"It's a bus , right?"
After a few moments , he could hear the sound of a engine breaking down which caused a visible amount of smoke to escape the hood of the car in front.
Ace , who smelled the smoke , stepped back a little and waited to see what would come out of the vehicle.
"Is there a person inside of the vehicle?"
Ace wondered and thought about using his new footwork technique since he wanted to try it out since he was curious about it.
He placed his left foot forward and motioned his arms backwards while starting to run forward which caused him to disappear from his position and arrive instantly infront of the vehicle. Unfortunately , he couldn't stop his momentum and bumped into it , enough force to cause him to yell out in pain.
"Fuck!...."
His fell down on his knees while gasping for air since the location of where he bumped himself was his abdomen.
"Shouldn't have tested it out without practicing it yet."
Ace got up groggily , while trying to balance himself. After a few breaths , his condition improved considerably.
"Wait , why am I not in pain anymore? System , is there something wrong with me?"
Ace thought to himself because he knew that the impact the vehicle made on his abdomen would make any grown up teenager shed tears because of the pain.

After Ace heard the monotone voice of the system , his expression turned grim.
"Won't I be found as an unknown existence then if I enter the guild? I mean , I will go there once I'm strong enough to protect myself but if they scan me using the Gene Scanner , I might get caught."

"Phew. I thought I might have to live in a forest from now on."
A Gene Scanner is used because monsters have evolved to take the form of humans after a period of observation but only those who reach Ascension rank.
"Looking closely , this doesn't look like a bus at all. It's just some car."
Ace , who was still contemplating about his existence was met with a horrifying view of a human face , distorted halfway with bite marks indicating that something must have bitten it. The face looked of that of a female lady which he could tell because her hair was still maintained.
"Damn , what the fuck happened to this lady that she had to look like one of Freddy's costumers?"
Ace tried to lighten his mind with the comment he just made but an audible sound from the back of the driver seat was heard which caused Ace to be tense.
"W-What was that? Looking at the lady's face , she was bitten by something but I've never seen a mark that diverse."
Ace wanted to move more away from the car until a body leaped out of the front window shields of the car which caused the glass window to shatter.
Ace wasn't affected by the windows shattering because he already moved away from the car before the glass shards could make contact with him.
"What the..."
Ace's facet turned to that of hesitation then into fear since he was now looking at a humanoid being which had rotten flesh and it's skeleton was fairly visible due to not enough flesh covering the body. It reeked of rotten flesh and compost which caused Ace to be slightly nauseous.
"What the hell is that?"
