I watched as my husband paced the hallway of his study, his footsteps echoing in the quiet room. The flickering light of the fireplace cast a warm glow, illuminating his furrowed brow and clenched jaw. I could tell he was angry, although I wasn't exactly sure why.
I mean the children were fine! Cyril managed to find Ivan but by the time he got here we had already taken care of it and were surrounded by fog of smoke thanks to Tag'arkh's fire. Though the sight was pretty Gory, Yasmin's face was covered in blood which wasn't hers but Kiran almost had a stroke at the sight of it and me, well I had four arrows sticking out of me.
