After getting ready for the departure from her temporary residence that is Sunnie's house, Robin gets fresh and then firmly steps down to the common where Sunnie along with his sisters and parents are sitting in a tranquil environment. She walks closer and settles herself on one of the sofas by Elles. She suddenly catches the sight of the bracelet worn by Elles in her soft thin wrist.
Perceiving such an appealing combination, she becomes unable to resist the compliments briskly generated by her words which leads her to exclaim, "Such a beautiful bracelet!"
"Oh! Thank you! It has been gifted to me by Heartless, this morning." Replies Elles with a pleasant smile.
"Really? That is so cute!" She exclaims further.
"Yes, he is always kind to us, bringing chocolates for little Lara and bracelets for me, whenever he arrives at our lodgings." Retorts Elles with the same pleasant smile.
Robin reacts with a sympathetic adorable smile as if she is sensing the experience of his unexpressed deprivation and the warmth of his love for his sisters.
In the meantime, Sunnie stands up, moves closer to Robin, bows forward and instructs her gently within an inaudible low pitch, "Be careful while keeping one thing in mind that is never call Tiger with his actual name. Don't even by mistake. Got it?" Robin nods.
The house bell rings at the same moment and the servant is ordered to open the gate. Tiger is warmly welcomed by him in the common being caught by the sights of everyone sitting in the common.
Mr. Albert stands up and gives a firm handshake to greet him with respect "Welcome! My son, have a seat."
Subsequently, Sunnie moves forward and warmly hugs him with open arms as he is addicted to it whenever he greets him. Afterwards, all of them sit by one another.
"How are you feeling today?" Asks Mrs. Albert.
"Yeah! Much better than yesterday! Thank you!" Replies Heartless in a noble accent.
"We were just talking about you." Vocalizes Elles, aloud with great pleasure. Heartless reacts with passing an affectionate smile at her. Afterwards, he turns his eyes to Robin solemnly, "Let's go, Robin!"
"Hey! Aren't you going to wait till lunch! … Okay! My son, wait a moment, at least, have a cup of coffee with us!" Mr. Albert insists that he stay for a few more hours and spend time with them.
"Sorry, I can't stay anymore, thank you for your admiration, uncle! But I am already too late! Also, thank you so much for your kind cooperation." He replies.
"Oh, no, my son! You are also my boy! Will be looking forward to your arrival. Have a safe journey!" Responds Mr. Albert with a delighted smile.
In due course, all of them stand up and walk to the gate to see them off heartily. As soon as they sit in the car, Elles passes an intense smirk at Robin whereas Sunnie, after a brief conversation with Heartless, says her good-bye cordially.
As soon as Tiger perceives Robin passing a mirthless smile at Elles and possessing a slightly despondent exhibition, he addresses her coldly,
"You seem to have become closely attached to my friend's family. Don't you miss your dad anymore?"
"Of course, I do! But attachment is a natural phenomenon. By the way, I am not as heartless as you are!" She replies in a reckless accent.
His valiant eyes turn filled with anger and his ironical smile fades away.
"What? Sorry, but I didn't mean …" She seems to have become scared, trying to continue to say something but Tiger makes her quiet by placing his finger firmly over his lips. She becomes more frightened and begins to memorize that he is known as Heartless and will not wait for a single second to kill me if he gets really angry with me. I should be intensely careful.
He begins to drive the car with his usual damn swift speed but Robin doesn't care about that and they let a few unspoken minutes pass within a tranquil environment.
"Where are we going, by the way?" Robin suddenly breaks the ice by asking a solemn question.
Tiger ignores her and doesn't reply to her with anything as if he has not heard, he has certainly heard although.
"Hey, Mr. Heartless! I am talking to you. Where are we going?" She turns her eyes at him, asking more forcefully within a mixed accent of mild anger and amazement.
Tiger speaks bluntly, "Somewhere within this city, just to issue a letter."
"But, … What type of letter? Do we need any letter in order to reach back to my dad!" She asks as if she has felt weird.
"We are going to my friend's residence. His father is a lawyer who will make it convenient for us to issue a letter." He gives a brief explanation.
"But what type of letter is it?" She asks curiously.
Tiger takes no notice of her exclamation and does not consider reacting with any reply. After passing a few more moments of silence, he adds,
"Afterwards, we will move to your uncle's head office to put up the documents."
Lowering her head, She turns a bit confused and seems to have undergone a mild shock and consequently keeps quite for a while, then adds in an innocent tune,
"But can we please approach my father first? All I want is to perceive him and his condition right now, before doing anything."
Tiger tries to control his anger and to speak softly. "Sorry, Robin! We can't arrive back to Durlsdon after covering a four hour distance from your father. I have told you that when the conditions will restore to normal and my responsibility will be completed, I will drop you myself."
Having nothing to reply with, she is left silent with an exasperated sigh. After the passage of a short interval, she whispers to herself in a very low voice,
"God knows, would I meet my dad again or not?
Subsequently, she asks aloud.
"How much time will it take to reach the destination, by the way?"
"Almost, Four hours." He replies in a calm accent.
Robin speaks while her head is supported tilted over her hand. "It is interesting to hear that you have friends too."
"What do you mean?" He gives a brief glance at her curiously while driving the car.
"I mean, you seem to be a criminal. Don't you? You always keep a gun with yourself and don't you remember how many people you killed at that building with such courage to save me from the kidnappers. I think there were nearly thirty guards at the building gate only." She says with great enthusiasm in her accent.
He gives a short glance at her face once again.
Silence leads the scene for a few more moments.
"Would you please like to tell me his name?" She puts forward a prompt question.
"Saim!" He ends up with a brief answer.
"Great!" She involuntarily exclaims in a delightful voice.
"What great?" He asks abruptly, wiggling his eyebrows.
"I just mean, what a beautiful name it is?" She briskly turns into a solemn tune but has been left by Tiger unanswered.
"Well! You didn't inform me before about the point we are leaving the city temporarily." She sets forth another question.
"I am used to traveling to these two to three cities frequently." He responds recklessly within a calm accent.
"But I have never been to Durlsdon before! Also, it is more distant from Wenn." She states firmly.
"Yes, Madam! It is! But don't be stubborn anymore! I am doing all this hard work only …" His eyes turn angry and accent seems irritated.
"I know, only for me. Sorry! Don't be angry!" She interrupts regretfully and keeps peering at him for a few moments then asks another question as soon as the anger from his face fades away.
She begins to ask further questions as she wants to scrape off his views himself "How many friends do you have?"
"Why do you want to know? I mean, such a childish question!" He replies within an exasperated tune.
"Okay fine! I am not forcing you to tell me about yourself. Don't tell me if you don't want to. By the way, you are so rude!" States Robin, seems slightly displeased.
Tiger seems to possess no alterations in his expressions over her negative compliments regarding his personality. He keeps calm and cold while driving the car with the same hastenation.
Within a meantime, a notion suddenly crosses her mind that Sunnie's belief over his friend's simplicity was wide of the mark. Also, she becomes more assured that he would neither ever behave softly with her nor will ever break his story to her by himself. Letting all such contemplations slip from her mind, she turns her head aside and closes her eyes with the intention to fall asleep. As soon as his sight falls over her sleeping face, he irritatedly raises one of his eyebrows and whispers to himself, "How can someone sleep as much as she does, like all the time whenever she gets the chance. How much does she sleep, man?"
Falling asleep, she doesn't hear any of his irritated questions. He keeps driving the car silently for almost two more hours then consequently stops the car at the petrol pump to fuel it up. Afterwards, he parks the car aside close to a restaurant then commences to call Robin but as she is deeply asleep, she does not wake up. Still, he asks her if she wants to eat something but she keeps sleeping tranquilized. He angrily locks the car and goes inside the restaurant. He steps out of the car and walks to the nearby restaurant to munch up something and feed up his hunger. After he has ordered lunch, he sinks into his tangled worries for minutes until the waiter arrives to serve the lunch. He is totally mused even though he does not know the arrival of the waiter.
After the passage of twenty to twenty five more minutes the same waiter arrives with a bill with the intention to get paid and catches the sight of his bloodshot eyes with his face turned red and his eyes settled at one point as he is still drowned in his thoughts. The waiter calls him aloud which leads him to rise up back to his senses. He pays the bill readily without eating anything and leaves the restaurant calmly. He walks slowly to his car and sits back in his seat.He continues to drive his car with his usual damn swift speed whereas Robin keeps sleeping still, having no knowledge of where she is.
After the passage of nearly one more hour, Robin asks about the time left with her half opened eyes and unconscious accent. Sitting active and straight, Heartless seems untired but doesn't reply to her anything. He quickly turns the car into a broad street but keeps moving forward. After covering a certain distance, he pushes the brakes of the car and says,
"Reached!"
Opening her eyes, she earnestly tries to recognize the area by screwing up her eyes but fails. He lets her step out of the car and parks the car aside then walks closer to a considerably large gate with an extensive floral vegetation aside. Robin knocks on the door before Tiger rings the bell.
Perceiving her speed, he speaks ironically, "Either you are too excited to meet your dad or my …"
"Of course! I am too excited to meet my dad." Interrupts Robin with a delightful smile.
A servant approaches to open the gate, and asks his name.
"Heartless! Saim's friend." He coldly retorts.
The servant goes back inside to inform the resident whereas both of them keep waiting for his arrival back to him.
"All of your friends are well-settled." Discerning the well-built building, Robin states calmly.
"Actually all of them are well-educated and their fathers are businessmen. Saim's father is a lawyer though." Retorts Tiger.
Saim himself arrives at the gate walking swiftly. He becomes amazed to catch the sight of Tiger's presence and greets him with warmth of his love..
"Oh my God! My loveliest friend ever! Such a sudden approachment? I was missing you a lot Mr. Heartless! Didn't inform me about your arrival?"
Saim has not seen Robin yet. He turns back with his hand on Tiger's shoulder and begins to walk inside.
"I am not alone, man. Someone arrived along with me. (He turns to Robin) She is Robin."
"Hello! How are you?" Says Robin with a pleasant smile.
Saim greets gently, "Hi! I'm fine! Come in please."
Robin is shown the way inside, to the drawing room. As soon as she goes away, Saim asks Tiger "Who is she?"
Tiger thinks what he should say, "She is… She is just… Ah! I will tell you everything later."
Saim takes him into the drawing-room, after passing a questionable expression while raising up one of his eyebrows.
As soon as they settle themselves on the sofas, he tells him the reason for his arrival, "There is an urgent work suddenly brought up for which I am here. I need a little bit of cooperation from your father. Where is he?"
Saim tells him, "Yeah! Today he is at home. Servants would have told him about your arrival. He might be coming. Well! What is the matter?"
Tiger points to Robin, "She has to issue a letter."
Saim, "Oh! You are here for a very short time, I guess; wouldn't you stay here tonight?"
Tiger, "No bro! I am just leaving after having a brief meeting with your dad."
Saim says forcefully, "I have ordered the servant to prepare lunch. We will take it all together."
Passing a pleasant smile with a mild nod, he subsequently asks Saim to come outside whereas he himself also stands up and takes Saim out of the room. He briefly explains the matter of Robin while placing his hand over his shoulder.
"Today is the final day, man! I have committed that I would complete the task within three days. Today I have to submit all of this stuff to J. Black." Tells Tiger in a low voice.
"Look! Dad will not agree…" He discloses the thinking of his father as he doesn't want him to take such a step.
"I am not going to tell him anything about the entire plot. I will tell him only those details that are also known by Robin. I will go to his office with him whereas you will stay here with Robin just for an hour." He interrupts Saim and continues proceeding with his plan.
"Tiger! I feel like you don't need to be the villain of her story! I don't agree with you, bro! It does not mean that I will not help. Obviously, you are my closest friend but … just tell me one thing! You have done a lot of murders, a lot of sins, but now you are going to attempt a very unimportant sin, without having any advantage of your own, in a very well-organized and well-planned way, why?" Saim explains him in a sympathetic way.
"Listen! I usually don't look for my advantage in doing such little work and if someone's life may be saved by doing so then why shouldn't I do so?" InsistsTiger.
"Because you know who you are and you have never done so before! Anyways, I can't force you." Saim lowers his head with dejected expressions.
Mr. and Mrs. John, while passing into the drawing-room, has been seen by Tiger which leads him to ask Saim to go back to the drawing-room. His parents are quite loving and caring, although his father is strictly against illegal actions and both of them possess well-educated personalities.
"Someone told me that Tiger came to meet us but …" Mr. John speaks, while passing a pleasant smile as soon as he perceives Robin, sitting in the room.
"Hello, Sir! How are you?" Tiger respectfully addresses him while entering the room.
"Hey, my son! How are you dear?" Mr. John greets him warmly and involuntarily hugs him with great affection.
"I am all good! Uncle John! All I need is a bit of your help but I have less time. Would you please issue a letter for her? She is Robin." Says Heartless with a kind accent, pointing at Robin.
Robin, "Hello, Sir! Yeah, he is right! I will be very thankful to you for this act of kindness. It will draw conveniences for Heartless who is the only one who is helping me throughout the case."
Saim glances at Tiger's face but Tiger turns his eyes away from his face.
"Yeah sure, young lady! I will definitely help you as I am always willing to help others. I think we would have to go to my office … It will be about to close within the next two hours, so … Heartless! Should we right now?" Speaks Mr. John while looking at his wrist watch.
"Yeah, Sure! We have to depart within the next few hours also. Thank you, Uncle!" Retorts Tiger while making his way outside and soon they leave the house and head their way to his office, leaving Saim astounded by his father's prompt positive response and Robin's blind faith.
