Mr. Evan, who had been watching all the time, suddenly asked Clover a question that surprised the latter.
"Did you kill a beast king? A type of beast who ruled a pack?"
He added a question for he thought that Clover perhaps killed a beast that was mistaken as a beast king. They had encountered a beast king before, and it wasn't only the beast king that made the battle threatening but its pack as well.
'A beast king?'
Clover contemplated before his mind looped Morgan's death. His sorrowful face was witnessed by everyone, and they had different views about it.
Not long after, even though Fatty Brian, Justin, Axel, Lee, Steve, and Mr. Evans was impatient and wanted an answer immediately. Clover finally opened his mouth.
"A lion is a beast king, right? Unfortunately, I didn't kill him." Clover shook his head before sighing with remorse.
'I couldn't because I'm weak.'
