The sun set on yet another day coming to an end. The past few days had been busy, hectic, and quite cumbersome for many all throughout Desper.
With the fight approaching quickly, organizations and businesses that were in the business of Mutant training intensified and stiffened their training programs. Things that were once simple, easy, and laid back became intense and unbearable for many.
The situation became so intense that hundreds of Mutants backed out on their own. Some thought it was due to laziness, while others thought it was due to weakness, fear, or just an overall lack of morale. In reality, however, it was too taxing.
Many of the Mutants who were once registered under gangs had to go through strenuous training programs orchestrated by different people all over again and because of this, they couldn't handle the pressure.
