In the Shadow Realm, at Sil's house, Dezhong Prince, soon to be the Shadow King, and Sil, the former right-hand man to the Shadow King, were seated on the floor, listening to Sil's explanation concerning Dezhong's question about Magic. With a large book in his hand and a couple of scrolls alongside, Sil began to speak, making sure not to leave out any important details.
"Magic. For thousands of years, ancient Humans and Mutants, at that time called gods, demons, fallen angels, and more, would either coexist with each other or fight to the death. Whenever these battles happened, the humans would always end up on the losing side.
