[The Outskirts of Central Desper]
[AKA: The Richer sides of the City]
Desper, a diverse city home to millions, was split into three distinct locations: the Western, Central, and Eastern Half.
The Western half housed the Lower-Middle and Working Class families and individuals with the highest population of the entire city. The Eastern half housed the Lower-Middle to Middle Class population and the second smallest population made up about a quarter of Desper's population.
The Central half, more specifically its center, housed the Middle to Upper-Middle Class and lastly, its outskirts which housed the Upper Class. These were the richest of rich, the most pompous, posh, and proud men and women who monopolized the best sides of the land for themselves.
