The situation all over Desper intensified. Hundreds of thousands of civilians grew impatient and terrified, most wanting to continue with their normal lives while others begged for a chance to survive.
Like hyperactive children locked in a house, the civilians dying to continue with their normal lives struck a ruckus all around them, most using their 'freedom of speech' to spread false hate as to why they were being detained in their homes. Others simply wanted to move out and party, faking non-existent diseases just to get a shot at leaving their homes.
Despite their lousy attempts, no one was allowed to move in or out unless it was crucial, like a sick person going to a hospital or something else along those lines.
