After receiving a notification from his system concerning an upgrade, Dezhong found himself in the Shadow Realm to level up quickly while also accomplishing his duties as the future Shadow King.
At the moment, the young werewolf was on a cart being pulled by a shadow mare, a black horse with an almost smoke-like texture. The creature, much like everyone else in the Shadow Realm, had a beautiful shade of black and gray on its body with white glistening and clear eyes that showed no emotion.
Being controlled by Sil, the horse pulled the cart through the current Shadow residence into a wild and desolate field, similar to the very first one where he had his first battle with Dead Mutants.
