A rush of emotions flooded Dezhong after he heard what Caesar abruptly announced. His heart started to race, with fear slowly taking over. Looking at Caesar, he noticed his hands slowly transforming into white werewolf paws, meaning only one thing at that moment.
"You're trying to kill me?"

"Wait!!" Caesar barked, his voice sounding more beast-like than human. "You have no reason to run just yet. I'm not going to kill you for now."
"FOR NOW?" Dezhong furiously questioned while quickly getting as far away from Caesar as possible. "Did you lure me in here to kill me? Is that what you were going to do to me in the forest?"
"If I wanted to kill you, little wolf, I would have done so already." Caesar chuckled while reverting his hands to normal. "But seriously, you are going to die. Your human body currently has two sides fighting for control: your Werewolf and Shadow abilities.
