Chapter 17 - Misty reunion

How many years have passed, she thinks, she sees this character again who she also thought was dead.

He has grown up, his disheveled hair is tinted green, the features of his face inspire even more his coldness that she calls herself harsh but which tends rather towards the sullen. And a scar covers half of his face.

"Is that you, Hanna?" Hanna notices that his voice is less threatening than she would have thought, but she recognizes this calm voice.

This is the first time that Hanna's gaze expresses something other than depression.

"Commanzer? What are you doing there, how; were you alive?"

" I can enter ?"

Hanna lets him in, he walks to the living room and sits down. Hanna sits opposite. She looks at him, but as always, his gaze is still staring at the ground

"I went to see the graves of Adama and Narcisse."

She says nothing but her look suggests that she felt concerned.

"I'm sorry I couldn't save them. I tried, but I too came close to death."

Hanna is about to speak when he takes off his cloth and reveals several scars on his chest. Hanna sees bullet marks, other wounds.

"I did not survive the cost of mere scratches." He puts on his coat.

Hanna looks back at that facial wound, it is deep and the fact that it fills half of his face, testifies that he must have gone through terrible experiences.

"Where have you been all this time?"

"Here and there, doing things. It was time for me to apologize and say that at least I'm glad I was able to save you. That's all."

He gets up and leaves. Hanna couldn't add anything.

Commanzer is in front of the house he takes out his phone, dials and puts it in his ear and starts walking

"I met her, she seems in good condition, I will do as planned, but it will take time, she is prone to mental illness. " He hangs up.

Hanna, was still sitting, still under the effect of this encounter, she does not move from the sofa, and simply looks amazed. She didn't think of catching up with him, of making him stay, because not only, even if she didn't want a presence somewhere, the simple fact that he shows up, to learn that a person at apart from having survived, filled her with what she wasn't sure she identified as joy; but in any case, when tears were in wait, her heart sinks, not with pain, but with a semblance of relief, she gave thanks.

That said, it did not change her daily life, during all these years of solitude, she could only live with the help of social services and the finances of her family inheritance. She had refuses to return school and took online classes, so she had to finish high school at home; but should she now think about her higher education.

Really, she had no idea where she could have gone. But now that she had a new improvised friend with her, he inspired her to start afresh.

Indeed, Commanzer had not been absent as he had implied by leaving so abruptly; he came back a second time, a third time, and many more times. If the first times he spoke of nothing, over time he pushed Hanna to a due effort, so that she recovered from this situation.

Hanna, she underwent the attempts of the young man first in a selfless way, because it was obviously not so easy to improvise a healer of a severe depression, but the fact was to note that any effort deserves salary. Had he certainly succeeded in motivating her to a more active life, to go to university.

The whole thing was during an evening in the garden of Hanna's house where the two were sitting on a mat, improvising a picnic: at that moment, Hanna already seemed more radiant, her face had cleared up, supposed a beautiful shine, even though her eyes were still exhausted.

Commanzer, although relaxed, did not change his calm air, with that hint of continual reflection that some would rather call vice; he still seems calm, quiet in this atmosphere and the two thus seen, inspire something very loving.

Hanna laughs at her own joke when she puts her hand to her lips like she wants to keep herself from laughing, like It will mean she's healing. Then her gaze meets that of Commanzer who is often impassive, has there, eyes that sparkle with something and it is a long silence that settles in a wind carrying moments of beings from all over the world.

Hanna shivers and looks away, but Commanzer certainly challenges her.

"Hanna?!"

She looks at him, shyly, doesn't answer anything

"You are sensationally beautiful when you give yourself to your smile."

Her eyes open, her heart beats, and her cheeks still flush in her silence.

Commanzer approaches, takes her hand, seized with shivers, she hesitates at first, then she lets him do it: he holds her hand and does not add anything else except to withdraw it, get up, put on his shoes and withdraw , as if to indicate to him that everything else is yet to come.

"It was a great evening, thank you!" and he left, but if this time she didn't hold him back even though her face, clearly, wanted it, it was because this time she was a woman's heart in full emulsion.

The times that followed were of a healing ascendancy for the one who was now a young woman, she had started her medical courses because he been able to convince her to do so.

"What you are capable of, you will only be capable of by trying; if Tanaka said that, maybe it's time to put yourself into practice."

All of her past with Tanaka, her depression, Adama, her bereavement, it was all in those moments, just past adversity, healing from them.

One evening, when she came home, a little too happy from her validated year, she cried, jumped into the arms of her friend

"I pass my year! I pass my year! I can specialize!"

She didn't realize the hug, not before feeling Commanzer's arm, having received her with one arm, so embarrassed, she pulled away.

Commander cut the silence

" Congrats !"

" Thanks !"

" What are you going to do now ?"

She did not answer right away, because she was obviously afraid of surgery, because had she not finally passed over even after 11 years, the words of her father, then her mine was composed of a minor depression.

" I do not know "

Commanzer approached, took her hand, she said nothing

"After having done so much, you can't think to give up."

" No, that's not... "

"Why do you doubt?"

"Sometimes you are no longer sure of your dreams!"

"Or of yourself"

" Maybe."

"The choice will be yours anyway"

At these words, Hanna thought of her mother, whom she does not forget; who told her, with regard to her future, to become, not what she wants to become, but what her environment predisposes her to, because she said "to make oneself is good, but to make others, it is the great of a society, of the great of this world."

She was miming her reflection, when a bit of determination set in and she looked at him,

"Psychiatry. I want to do psychiatry."

He only replied, "Okay." so she took his hand away and went to sit

Commanzer walked over, took something out of his pocket and wrapped it around Hanna's hand, she looked at it. Hanna looks at the bracelet on her hand, curious.

"It's a gift for your validation"

" What ?" Hanna seems easily moved when her eyes are already twinkling "you...what?"

"I wanted to congratulate you, but also thank you. Listen: I may have had my reasons, but I ended up enjoying those moments, and I want you to know that whatever happens next, I'm grateful to you."

Hanna listens to him, when he bends down and kisses her. Her eyes are open, we don't know about Commanzer.

When he pulls out, leaving Hanna still reeling from what he just did. Does he start walking backwards, let Hanna hold his arm

" Wait !"

He is waiting. But she, in a cocktail of thoughts, she remains unmoved, then gets up

"I too have a lot to thank you for" then her eyes closed.

*

In the living room, on the sofa, Hanna and Commanzer are kissing, the feeling in Hanna's heart is great, that all are first times for her, she is overwhelmed by the set of feelings that the wind blows to her. The kissing is lively, energetic… Commanzer goes to bed taking her with him.

Hanna's moans are constant, the slightest action touches her innocence. Commanzer holds her cheek, kisses her hard, the shiver and her moan are audible and an effective reaction when Commanzer's rhythm becomes more lively.

Taken too far, Hanna's hands slide under Commanzer's shirt, and her moan is the sound of the embrace no longer just sensual, but of the eminent beings whose cosmic passions create sinful ecstasy.

Have they become surfers that to the rhythm of frenetic waves, they sit down, that Hanna straddles the man who squeezes him, feels her buttocks assets and kisses him again, sensual instrument that inspires Hanna to do now riding, when Commanzer soon has no shirt and so does she.

From her belly to her firm chest have become an instrument of this tongue of his.

Soon, the first name "Commanzer" is a melody from her lips to him.

The duo performs a vigorous concert until the fusional penetration is no longer so far away, but which of them first thought of stopping when Hanna holds him and puts an end to the choreography by a "wait!" she had certainly been satisfied enough, enough not to continue any further.

Commanzer saw it, and could only comply. He stopped, sat down again, and left himself with her to this insolent silence of embarrassment.

" I'm sorry !"

Commanzer takes his shirt, gets dressed "Me too"

"I…I don't…I don't want to regret anything."

"So you did well!" He stays up

" You go away ?"

"Not only that, I'm done"

" Done ?"

"Hanna" she thinks he has not called her by her first name for a long time "It is so, you have to do it your way, without reproaching anything, without pushing anything"

" What are you talking about ?"

Commanzer now has his peaceful side which is dissipating, his gaze, as before, is of an icy temperament.

" Your mother."

Hanna is traversed by a shiver far serene

"Your mother, she is kept captive with us, she is still alive"

Hanna won't say anything anymore.

"11 years ago. During the hunt, I was the lonely, that is to say the traitor. So I was aware of everything, my mission was to keep an eye on Narcisse because even if Adama was the priceless, in reality, Narcisse was the most convincing subject ever seen, and his potential was said to be considered sovereign level. But what kept him from shining was his morals, his spirit not mature enough for combat. Well, that's not all, I was a double agent. I was actually working for the second organization, the one that got involved at the same time as Raven. A lot happened, and if I ended up with a bullet, it's because my mission was to kill... Adama. I didn't do it because I found myself having sympathy for her. I don't know, I owed her a lot and that might have been enough to move me. Anyway, I survived and my cover at Cloud lasted but the second organization gave me one last chance, now that the priceless was dead, it needed a new guinea pig as convincing as her. The sine qua none condition to keep me alive was to make this guinea pig a first-class host and then maybe they would think of letting me live. I therefore approached it and made sure to create with sufficient confidence, which would then allow me to condition it to a situation of imminent death and to push it to a wish which would allow the birth of a consequent power and there, I would only have to sleep with her and try to have children. I don't need to go on, it's stupid to say that, but I can't do more. I can't waste any more time on this bullshit, I'll tell Cloud the truth, they should cover for me if I agree to work with them. But I won't lie, one of the reasons is that I respected Adama despite everything, and out of respect for her, I won't approach you anymore. And you, about you, continue to lead a normal life, don't let this news spoil these efforts because no matter how, you have recovered and that is what matters. Keep going to school, keep going until you graduate, and do whatever it takes to have a prosperous life."

He goes away, Hanna hears him go away, open the door, go out and close it; this sound, of this closing door, is accompanied by a feeling that she thought she had forgotten: loneliness.

She is simply sitting on this sofa, her shirt placed next to her, but she remains there, frozen.

At that moment, what intrigued her the most was that she knew it, she knew it, she was thinking about it, Tarik had told her.

"Now that you've been in this game, don't think it's over, they'll have you in their sights, so all the more reason not to trust anyone, especially if they have a history with the game; friend or not. The only reason Adama and Narcisse stayed together was to protect you."

Of course, of course, she made it a possibility, that he appeared out of nowhere after all this time, that it was him; him whom she knew Adama did not carry at her best in her heart. He, whose thoughts are always inaccessible.

But then, if asked why she let him, why she accepted him into her life, she would certainly answer, as she currently tells herself, that it was "for a little hope."

Her heart thuds against the walls of her rib cage, when she takes her shirt, wears it and runs through the streets of her neighborhood, she's not done with him, he can't leave like this, she has questions, things to clarify.
