As the cool breeze of late July winds flow by early in the morning only one person is up. It's Katarina Legicie climbing up her tree to get her secret story and get some writing done before her mother wakes up.
But when she was about to start working on her story she sees something out of the corner of her eyes. She can see someone run by faster then a normal human and put something in her mail box.
Curious, Katarina climbed down her tree without her story and went to the mailbox. There was only 2 letters in the box and it was addressed to her and her twin brother.
Looks just like her but with short messy curly hair. And her older
She decided she didn't want her mother to see so she went to read and hide them somewhere her mother would never look. In her tree.
She went up to the old oak tree, that was only 27 feat tall, and pulled herself up with the letters tucked under her arm.
It took her only 5 minutes to climb to the bottom layer then she used the stairs on the inside to get to the top. She and her siblings had been climbing it for years. And she sat down in her and her siblings hiding space the no one could see into but they could see out of.
The 'space' had a large wooden platform nailed into the branches on on the tree that went all the way around in a 360 circle. It could hold up to 18 people on all three layers but you could hear everyone on each layer.
There was 8 bean bag chair on each layer and L.E.D lights as well. On the bottom layer there was a supply of 32 sleeping bags for sleep overs, with siblings or with friends. And there was alot of snacks as well. On the second layer Katarina and her siblings put their money there so they're mother wouldn't find it.
On the top layer was where they all put their stuff their mother wouldn't like. For example, Katarina's stories, Her twins art work, hers and her 3 other older brothers comics, and her two older sisters art and stories. So as you would expect there is a lot of art work spread around the layers.
Katarina sat down on one of the bean bag chairs and she finally looked at her letter.

Confused as why there was no return address she broke the seal and was about to open her letter to read what was inside when her twin, Howard came up the tree.
"Hey sis what's up?" He questioned as he fully pulled himself in to their secret place in the tree. "We got letters from no one?" Katarina stated in a questioning tone.
"Duh we never get letters." He said joking pushing his sisters shoulder. Katarina held up the letters, one with a broken seal, and exclaimed. "No we really got letters from no one."
And if as on cue instead of grabbing his letter he lightly grabbed his sisters wrist to look at a bruise on her arm. "What happened Katarina?" He asked in the most caring voice he could even though he already new what happened.
Their mother.
"It's fine, really besides it's healed." Katarina said in a quiet tone. And just as Howard was going to say something Katarina said, "We should read our letters."
After Howard agreed they both opened there letters

Your 5 older siblings Holly, Katie, Samuel, Johnathan, and Michael already go to the school. Of course your mother doesn't know that. But we would love for you to come to our school. We have been informed that no one know what you are. The only thing we were informed of is that it is a fire type meaning you are most definitely a rare magic creature. You could either be a Dragon, Phoenix, Elf, witch, hybrid, even a tribrid, or what ever comes after tribrid. There is one other thing but it's most likely not.

We have been informed that you are a warlock. We do not know what your twin is but we would like you to help find out because we think she is the one from prophecy. And if she is well you already know from the visions I presume.

"Who even sent us this because it's not funny?" Katarina asked in a rude tone. "Kat it is true. Ask our siblings if you don't believe me." Howard replied in a calm voice.
"Oh I get it it's a prank but it's not funny." Katarina's said annoyed as she set the letters down. Howard replied with, "It is true I can prove it aswell." Katarina getting annoyed with the joke said, "Ok prove it."
