Bondo Loe is a teenage boy living in the subway. His mother died when he was born, and his father passed away from sudden cardiac arrest. Now, Bondo is on his own, struggling to survive. He suffers from an illness that makes life even harder. His bed and clothes are nearly worn out, and he constantly battles the harsh realities of his world. But Bondo possesses a power he has yet to discover—a power that allows him to give life to inanimate objects and even revive the dead, turning them into living creatures.
Bondo's life mirrors that of other homeless people around him. He is skilled at chores and willing to do anything to survive, even at the cost of his own well-being. However, Bondo is unaware of his powers. One day, Bondo woke up late due to his illness. He had a job collecting plastic and canned bottles to sell at the junkyard, but he had to do it all by himself since no one took care of him.
Bondo eventually met a girl named Jane Dele. She was 17 years old, from a wealthy family, and they accidentally met in the garden of the grand Melopien mansion. Jane's father is a businessman, and her mother is a lawyer. Bondo feared Jane would look down on him because he had nothing, yet he couldn't help but like her deeply from the moment they met. It was his first love, and he often found himself gazing into her sparkling eyes whenever they crossed paths.
Bondo was filled with joy just seeing Jane up close, but she didn't even acknowledge him, treating him as if he were invisible. Despite this, Bondo didn't give up. He believed that if he became wealthy, Jane might finally notice him.
In the city of Milinamoe, at the market, Bondo found a man hiring workers without any requirements. Without reading the details, Bondo took the job, hoping to change his circumstances. The job turned out to be in an illegal underground mine in Milinamoe, a place where people could never leave. The conditions were hellish, and survival depended on one's strength. The miners, many of them elderly and ill, lived in constant fear and violence.
Bondo, unaware of the risks, entered the mine and quickly realized the dire situation. The old miners were sick, with no one to treat their wounds. Violence was common, and following the rules was necessary to avoid brutal punishment.
The mine was a deep, dark cave where even shouting was forbidden. Bondo worked 21 hours a day without stopping, alongside others who begged for mercy due to their illnesses. One day, a guard shot a man who had been crying to be released. The man's friend, filled with rage, began plotting to kill the guard. Bondo tried to calm him, saying, "My friend, the time has not come yet. Let the evil lose, and the light will find us a way."
The man ignored Bondo's words, thinking he was crazy. He left, only to find his friend had been cremated. As time passed, the man couldn't stop thinking about his lost friend. Meanwhile, the mine became increasingly crowded, and the guards grew suspicious of the miners. Bondo, trying to stay out of trouble, was eventually caught in the middle of a plot to escape.
One day, guards approached Bondo, asking what the miners were planning. When Bondo refused to answer, a guard struck him in the face with a gun, causing his nose to bleed. The guards then threatened another man, who revealed the escape plan and falsely accused Bondo of being the leader. Enraged, the guard shot Bondo in the leg. Bleeding and weak, Bondo managed to patch up his wound but felt himself growing more fragile.
After the guards left, Bondo lay in his room, losing blood and feeling numb. He contemplated giving up on life, but something unexpected happened. A light began to emanate from his hand. Confused, Bondo touched his wounded leg, and the bullet wound began to heal as the bullet itself came to life, transforming into living cells. The wound healed slowly, and to Bondo's shock, his leg spoke to him, saying, "Please take care of me, for I am now a part of you."
Bondo, stunned, agreed. The leg continued, "I have the ability to jump in the air three times." Bondo felt his leg becoming stronger, more muscular. He wondered if there were even crazier abilities waiting to be discovered. Just then, someone passed by his door, and Bondo quickly told his leg to hide. Moments later, the man who had accused Bondo entered, apologizing for his actions. Bondo, not wanting to reveal his secret, acted angry and told the man to leave.
Days passed, and Bondo's leg fully healed. He discovered that his leg had special abilities:
It could jump three times in mid-air.
It could speak, depending on Bondo's will.
It had a super kick with twice the power of a normal kick.
It could generate spikes made of bone.
Meanwhile, the guards patrolled the cave, many carrying radios. A skilled thief among the miners devised a plan to steal the radios from the sleeping guards. The plan was risky, but the thief managed to steal three radios, hiding them where the guards would never find them.
The next morning, the guards searched for the missing radios but found nothing. The miners' leader then laid out a plan: "Tonight, we will knock out the guards, take one hostage, or kill them if they harm any of us."
After midnight, the plan was set into motion. The miners knocked out the sleeping guards near the main cave door and took one hostage. However, the guards didn't care about their own, and the plan began to fall apart. Bondo, sensing danger through his leg, fought back, using his enhanced abilities to kick the guards into the walls, clearing a path to the exit.
Calmly, Bondo said, "I'll take care of these guards." He jumped three times in the air, over the wall, and escaped, leaving everyone else behind.
Imagining it made him think that it's right to go back so he jumped straight sneaky as the lights couldn't catch his speed
