Homecoming week was first approaching and Indigo hoped that it would take everyone's mind off Sandra. And he was right! The next day was school and everyone was stoked about homecoming week.
Three days into school and no one uttered a single word about Sandra. It was a Friday morning. A gloomy one for certain people like Collins who thought that Matthew had abandoned him, and for Jesse, who still hadn't gotten on talking terms with Sandra.
Collins was by his locker when Matthew approached him. "The audacity," Angered, Collins said to Matthew. He wanted to speak more until Matthew grabbed him and kissed him softly on the lips. Few people saw them.
Collins was overwhelmed with shock and happiness when he realized what Matthew had just done. He didn't even care if anyone or everyone saw them. He was just shocked and happy that Matthew didn't care as well.
