Anyone familiar with the 'Another World's trope, or in anime terms 'Isekai', would know already.
An ordinary guy getting transported/reincarnated/summoned/ in another world after getting run over by a truck and becoming overpowered, slaying the Demon King, made a harem of beautiful and cute girls, and then lived happily ever after.
Now then what if right after the guy that got into another world returns back to his world?
"Unfortunately since you were already long dead for several hundred years, the Earth that you knew was different than you remembered." Gabriella warned the man.
"In order for you to go back, you'll have to be reincarnated to a new body." she continued.
"Reincarnated, so that means I'll start my life living as a baby?" the man asked.
"There's also that problem. A side effect from getting reincarnated is that you could only recover your memories once you turned at least seven years old. As a man with vast experience, your soul is simply too much for a baby to handle. The mind of a newborn baby can't possibly store your soul, the mind of your incarnation needs to be developed physically first."
The man started pondering about it for a while and then nodded.
"Then I will be in your care, my Goddess."
The Goddess nods his head.
"Very well. I shall start the process to send you on your way."
Suddenly the Goddess' body started to shine with Divine Light.
And then before the man could even comprehend what happened, his consciousness blacked out...

There was a boy sitting up on his bed with a severe headache.
His name is Akira Kurosawa.
His face is puzzled with his eyes reflecting his emotions filled with confusion.
Akira just dreamed of something really amazing.
In that dream he lived an entire lifetime in a different world. Normally when he woke up he would forget about his dream entirely.
But not this time.
Akira could still clearly remember everything about the dream. It's like he lived as a different person, or watching a movie in a first person view.
"No that's not it... It must be because of the Goddess. It's just now that my memories have just been unsealed." Akira said, as if he was sure of it.
After that, he stayed up sitting on his bed for a while. He closed his eyes and started digesting the memories.
Akira was like a monk in meditation.
[Ding! Successfully unsealed your memories that your incarnation can handle!]
When Akira heard the familiar mechanical sound in his mind, he rubbed his eyes before looking at the floating screen again.
"I thought I wouldn't get any of my powers once I got back. Why is the System still working?"
Akira checked the system on his mind.
[Name: Akira Kurosawa
Age: 12
Sex: Male]
"It worked just like normal. The Goddess might have purposefully left this." Akira thanked her in his mind.
Next he started checking his stats.
A 3D holographic model was created showing his full body.
He looked just like any other kid. Black hair, brown sharp narrow eyes, slightly tan skin, and a slightly above average look for a boy his age.
Back in the previous world he had the ideal looks of a valiant handsome man suited for a hero that would save the world. But now he just looks ordinary.
"I'm really now just an ordinary person." Akira said, he had a smile on his face seeing how low his stats are.
If this was back in the world he previously came from, even a mere slime would kill him.
"Thank you very much." Akira prayed to the Goddess and thanked her.
Gabriella and his previous reincarnation have a relationship that is closer than any ordinary mortal and a Divine being would have.
He was saved by Gabriella many times and Gabriella owed him greatly for saving the world.
After doing his prayers, he was already planning on setting up a shrine to worship in the future.

"Never thought the incarnation I'd get would be Japanese though..." Akira murmured.
Before he even got his second reincarnation in another world, Akira was an Otaku. His hobby is watching anime, reading manga, and something like that. Anime shows just basically made up for his childhood.
It was until he got reincarnated to Gabriella's world deprived him of his hobby. Maybe because Gabriella felt guilty over it, he was reincarnated as a Japanese as an extra bonus.
After he finished digesting all the memories, Akira rubbed his temples.
Before his memories were unsealed, Akira was a timid boy. He gets shy to strangers, and gets bullied from time to time. His peers generally don't remember his name or face, never a center of attention.
His father died in an accident before he was even born, and his mother raised him on her own since then. Currently the mother doesn't live with him because of work, so he's been living in this house all on his own for quite a while now.
Just recently, or more like yesterday, Akira already graduated from elementary school. Average grades, no extra curricular activity achievement, and no friends either.
He felt fortunate though that his mother put off some of her work to attend his graduation ceremony, and then left for work as soon as the event was done. Her mother's a busy woman.
Akira looked at the outside window where the sun was already shining bright in the sky.
"It's a nice day to start."
