District 12 is a district that has a military feel. The uniforms of the students attending school in this district gave the impression of being military uniforms. You can see students walking by the side of the road wearing different military uniforms depending on which academy or school they are in.
The reason this district has become a district that has a military impression is because there is a military academy that is quite famous where if they manage to enter the military academy they will study for four long years and after they have completed their education at the military academy. They will be given the opportunity for a career in the military world or they can also become bodyguards or city security officers.
Of course not all of them will end up in the military world because most of the people who enter military academies are just people who have a family history of them having been students at that military academy.
