Chapter 95 - Hospital department

In the medical department, there were both stufons who had a talent for treatment, and professors who watched them and gave them certain tasks.

Stupons could be assigned to the wing of magic, but their main place of study was the medical department in which they studied and helped stufon injured in duels or during the practice of any spells.

There was no element of light in the world, but the races found the opportunity to heal with simple spells and develop new ones.

It was a simple day, stufons were checking patients, discussing problems with professors or consulting with them about any difficult patients.

The medical department occupied a small part of the mage wing, but it was enough to accommodate several hundred patients if something serious happened at the academy.

Near the entrance, a fair elf was sitting at a table, she had blue eyes, a long face, like all elves, golden hair hanging from her shoulders.

She was wearing a white robe that concealed her figure and emblem. With a bored look, she looked at the door, unlike other stufons who helped with various stufons in treatment, her task was to meet and listen to the problems of those who applied to fill out an appeal and send them to the professor for treatment, the light elf was called No`im.

Thanks to the improved hearing of the elves, she could listen to patients and stufons discussing treatment, problems.

Continuing to drive with bored eyes along the walls and doors, No'im's ears caught footsteps hurrying towards the door, she heard at least two creatures heading towards the door.

The bored look disappeared and instead the look of expectation of who will enter this door appeared.

When the door opened, No'im saw two stufons carrying a third under the arms, his head was lowered and she could not see his face.

The other two stufons were out of breath, one of them was a human and the other a dark elf. Approaching her along with a third who was unconscious.

- We need help, our classmate got hurt during one of the lessons. - The man said in a shaky voice while examining the hospital department, he was here for the first time and hoped not to come here again.

No`im made a serious face and considered the faces of the stufons for the possibility of deception. Fights were forbidden on the territory of the academy, but during the duels different situations could occur, someone did not calculate his strength and the second was injured because of this. But'im faced this more than once during her studies at this academy.

- And how did it happen? No'im asked, looking intently at the stufons in front of her.

The man sighed and began to tell how, during the lessons in combat magic, Professor Ni'lim made them fight each other, and she herself acted as an opponent of Trey, how they saw how she breaks his right arm first, then the left and then hits his head on the floor.

- It turns out that the professor is guilty of the fact that the stufon received all these injuries? No'im asked, she'd heard of Professor Ni'lim's violent temper but hadn't come across anyone who had sustained such injuries from a simple training fight with the professor.

The man and the dark elf nodded, but they saw that they were not lying, or they were excellent deceivers, but it would still be checked, and if it turns out that the stufons were trying to deceive them, they are waiting for an exception.

- Wait here, I'll call the professor. No'im spoke as she left the table and headed deeper into the medical ward in search of the professor.

Heading down the corridor, she heard the voice of one of the professors and went to him. Approaching the door, No'im gently knocked on the door, which was slightly ajar.

- Who's there? - Asked the professor on naked it was a man in age.

But im, sighed, she thought about how to present the information, but not finding the right solution, she decided to tell how the stufons explained to her.

- Two stufons came, they brought the wounded man, according to their words, he was beaten by Professor Ni`lim, you can please look at this stufon. - Explaining the whole story, No`im still looked at the door, until the professor says that you can enter, she could not open the door.

There was a noise in the room and after a couple of minutes the door opened before her, Professor Dale appeared, he was a man of medium height with a slight baldness and great unshaven, his deep-set eyes were attentively looking at No'im.

- Lead me to them, let's look at these stufons. - said Professor Dale, heading towards the place where the stufons were left.

But they couldn't get used to the behavior of this professor, but she could only obey and went after him.

Returning to the stufon, they could notice small drops of blood that dripped from the stufon's hand, which was unconscious.

- You say this is Professor Ni'lim, did you try so hard on him? - Examining the hands of the stufon asked Professor Dale.

The two stufons looked at each other, they had a suspicion that Professor Dale doubted their words and in their hearts they could not curse their bad luck to be stuck here with Trey who was unconscious and could not confirm what they were saying.

- That's right professor, we had a lesson in martial magic, professor Ni'lim told everyone to pair up and start training one attacked the other had to defend. Stupon Trey didn't have a partner and then Professor Ni'lim said that she would be his partner and then what you see happened. The man said trying to hide his annoyance.

Professor Dale, nodding to his words while continuing to inspect the stufon, he had known Professor Ni'lim for a long time and it was in her spirit. But when he heard the name of the stufon, he immediately raised his head to see the same half-elf who had made so much noise in a relatively short time at the academy.

- I learn the tricks of Professor Ni'lim, she likes to test strong stufons at the first lesson. - Nodding and speaking in a thoughtful voice, Professor Dale confirmed the fears of the stufons that if Trey had a partner in this lesson, one of them would obviously not be lucky.

After making sure that Trey's stufon was injured, but not much, the professor moved away and beckoned the stufons to follow him. But they had no choice but to follow the professor and the stufons until the professor said that she was free, she could only wait.

- Do you know why Professor Ni'lim broke his arms and not his legs for example? - Professor Dale asked no one in particular, not addressing specifically, but continuing to walk along the corridor, looking at the numbers located on the walls.

The two stufons looked at each other, but neither knew the answer to Professor Dale's question, who did not pay attention to the incomprehension on the faces of the stufons.

She did this in order to check how dependent he was on magic, with the first blow she brought him out of concentration and he could not correctly respond to her movement around the class, with the second blow she broke his leading hand, which he would instinctively try to close from the blow, with the third blow in the back, she made the stufon make a mistake, take steps back and the fourth blow broke his left arm, completely depriving him of the opportunity to defend himself. - Telling his vision of how the battle took place, Professor Dale did not notice at all how the faces of the two stufons changed from disbelief to extreme shock.

But'im, listening attentively to the words spoken by Professor Dale, did he draw these conclusions only by observing the degree of fractures and the color of the skin on the half-elf's hand? She wondered if, without watching the fight, she could also describe it in detail just by looking at the patient?

- But what about the fifth headbutt on the floor? - Asked the stufon, but when he asked, he caught the annoyed glances of No'im and the man, hearing the question of the dark elf, Professor Dale stopped abruptly so that the stufons almost flew at him along with the insensitive Trey.

- Was there a fifth hit? Professor Dale asked anxiously, anxiety and fear in his eyes.

The two stufons nodded and told how Trey fell on his back, reclining, and Professor Ni'lim approached him, leaning over him. The stufons then thought that she wanted to help him, but what happened next shocked them; instead of helping, she put her hand on his head and hit his head on the floor.

- Was there something else? Or is that all? - Asked Professor Dale, he did not feel the calm that he showed when he examined Trey and the stufons began to remember.

The dark elf couldn't forget how someone screamed during training when Trey was supposed to be unconscious. Then they saw how Trey, staggering and holding a blade in his hands that would fall out of his hands, walked with slow steps towards the professor.

- He also woke up and tried to stab Professor Ny'lim but she dodged and he fell unconscious. - Remembering, the dark elf spoke, then it seemed to him that the undead were coming at him, he did not see any emotions in Trey's eyes, there was only emptiness.

Professor Dale gently raised his head, ran his hand along the back of Trey's head, pressing his fingers slightly, making sure of something, he turned around and went on, the stufons looked at each other and followed him, the dark elf caught the look of the man that next time he should be silent. He could not but agree with the man, but the dark elves are taught from childhood to the fact that obedience and readiness to tell everything if required by someone higher in caste is necessary.

Approaching the room, Professor Dale opened the door allowing them to enter, but since the passage was for one representative of the races, they had to go sideways.

Upon entering, they found themselves in a spacious room near the window, there was a bed on which two representatives of different races could fit, to the left of the bed there was a small white bedside table, to the right of them there was the same white wardrobe open, but only pajamas for the sick hung there. and closer to the bed there was a table of medium length and on the sides there were chairs also painted white.

- Lay him gently on the bed and be free, tell Professor Ni'lim that I will look after him. - Without turning to them, Professor Dale said, taking Trey's pajamas out of the closet.

At first, the stufons were delighted, but when they heard that they would have to go again to this monster, it was clear from their faces that they were not happy with this opportunity. After carefully placing Trey on the bed and bowing to the professor, the stufons left and only Professor Dale and No'im remained in the room.

But'im didn't know what to do, she thought that she followed them in vain and that Professor Dale forgot to let her go.

- So now you need to change stufon Trey. - Professor Dale spoke in a bored voice, turning to the bed and saw No'im who expected that the professor would let her go like the stufons.

Seeing that he was not the only one in the room with Trey, Professor Dale blinked and smiled at No'im. From this smile it seemed to her that Professor Dale was up to something and he obviously forgot that he had not let her go!

- It's good you're here. But im here, take your pajamas and change him now he's under your care until he leaves the medical ward congratulations. - Professor Dale said smiling, approaching No'im, who froze at the first words of the professor, taking silence for consent, the professor put pajamas on her hands and left.

No'im looked from the pajamas on her arms to Trey, who lay unconscious. Gradually, Professor Dale's words began to take on reality; she was left alone in the room with Stuffon Tray.

- Dressing him up is easy. - Repeated in a quiet whisper No'im approaching Trey, who was unconscious.

Like all light elves, she had a strong conviction that it was wrong to see the naked body of another member of the races, if he was not your partner for life. But im felt her cheeks burn and her hands begin to tremble treacherously and her heart beats faster and faster.

No`im tried to calm her thoughts, reminding her that it was necessary to do this, otherwise Trey's stufon may not recover or come, but his fractures will hurt or the bones will grow together incorrectly, imagining the latter, a shiver ran down her back.

Throwing out thoughts about how it looks like that the light elf being alone in the room with the half-elves and undressing him began to take off the uniform from Trey's body.

It was inconvenient for her to take off his robe and shirt due to fractures, his hands were very swollen touching them, she felt how hot they were and this gave her the strength to remove the damned form from him.

Appearing in front of her in only his underwear, No'im unconsciously began to examine his body, she saw friends or brothers in underwear when they were relaxing in the summer.

But she had no attraction or interest for those elves. Feeling that she was losing control of her emotions again, she shifted her gaze to Trey's swollen red hands and this gave her the strength to put on the uniform of the hospital ward. The uniform consisted of a light white robe, fastened in front and on the right side the coat of arms of the academy was visible.

Having changed Trey's clothes, she was able to calm down and assess his fractures, Professor Dale left no instructions other than that he was under her supervision. Thinking about what to give him, she remembered the treatment of fractures and took out a couple of pills and an ointment from the store. Like the harbinger armor, the uniform for medical workers also had storage not as large, but there was enough space to put various tools.

Opening Trey's mouth, she put some capsules in and brought water to his lips. She heard him drinking water, which means he swallowed the pills.

Putting water on the bedside table. No'im opened a jar of ointment, smelling the ointment, her beautiful face twisted, the ointment was made from various organs of monsters that had high regeneration and it also helped all races to heal fractures.

Gently smearing the ointment on her hands and starting to rub it, No'im tried not to breathe actively, this ointment was so disgusting.

Starting to run her hands with ointment over Trey's hands, she saw how the swelling subsided, the skin became darker, but not much. Sighing, she made her way to the sink, which was behind the door, hard to see from the entrance.

Opening the door with her elbow and going inside, she opened the water and washed off the remnants of the ointment from her hands.

Returning to the room, she once again examined Trey, not finding any injuries that she could not notice, having gathered, she left the room and turned off the magic lamps in the room, allowing Trey's stufon to rest.

As soon as No'im came out and turned off the light, the ointment on Trey's hand began to glow and soak into his skin faster. Through his sleep, Trey could be heard moaning as the ointment began to soak faster into his skin and bones.
