Realm 0 — Pore opening realm 0–100%
Forgotten stage which prepares mortal to cultivation. Long time ago was commonly used, but people decide it wasn't worth it. And so it's decline begun. Actually it still exists but only a handful of people know about it. Opening pores helps with cultivation speed. Gains aren't linear.
Realm 1 — Qi gathering realm 9 × 5
You start gathering qi into your dantain. This realm has 9 stages. In each stage you can open up to 5 meridans. Meridans ar like highways. They greatly increase travelling speed of qi inside your body.

Dew Grass — Tier 1 herb
Occurrence: It can be naturally found at the riverbank.
Harvesting: Cut 1-3 cm above the ground.
Obtaining a seedling: excavate with roots.
Cultivation: Naturally expands. Wetlands greatly improve the spreading and growing speed
Known uses: When ground makes a paste that can slightly heal burns. In alchemy added as a supplementary ingredient in tier 1 fire resistance pill.
Lustrous Ginseng —Tier 1 herb
Occurrence: Can be found in the forest. Humidity must be quite high. Has to be covered with leaves or in a shaded area. Optimally both.
Harvesting: After maturing (2-3 years) could be just dug out of the ground.
Acquiring a seedling: When maturing produce ten to thirty berries, which are used as seeds.
Cultivation: 32-44 seeds per square meter (3-4 seeds per square foot) in the shaded area.
Requires fertile and moist soil.
Known uses: In alchemy used as the main ingredient in Tier 1 healing pill.
Whiffle Pansy — Tier 1 herb
Occurrence: Grows at hills where you can expect a gentle breeze.
Harvesting: Collect flower.
Acquiring a seedling: Check stem for bulbs. If there's one it must be open and seeds visible. Otherwise, the seeds aren't ready.
Cultivation: Plant in places with no obstructions, that could block the flow of the wind.
Known uses: In alchemy used as a supplementary ingredient in Tier 1 healing pill.
Scarlet lily — Tier 1 herb
Occurrence: Blooms in places where natural Yang Qi is abundant. For example volcanoes.
Harvesting: Collect the flower.
Acquiring a seedling: Naturally forms when the flower wasn't plucked. May rot if humidity is high or/and temperature is low.
Cultivation: Plant seeds in the ground. High temperatures are beneficial.
Known uses: May be directly consumed to slightly enrich Yang Qi, not recommended due to possible drawbacks. Used in alchemy as a supplementary ingredient in Tier 1 Blood cleansing pill.
Unyielding Ginger — Tier 1 herb
Occurrence: Grows at mountains. It adapted to a harsh environment by draining energy from rocks. In the process destroying structural integrity, which allows it to grow.
Harvesting: Collect the root.
Acquiring a seedling: Cut the root into smaller pieces, so that each part contains two or three eye buds.
Cultivation: Surround ginger with rocks. After that, cover it with soil.
Known uses: Used as the main ingredient in Tier 1 Body Tempering Liquid.
Fiery bamboo — Tier 1 herb
Occurrence: When a bamboo forest catches fire, some bamboo sprouts have a chance to mutate. That's why it can be found in a burned-down bamboo forest.
Harvesting: Collect the sprout (two to three months after planting)
Acquiring a seedling: Mature Fiery bamboo naturally produces seeds.
Cultivation: Plant seeds in a mixture of soil and charcoal, preferably from bamboo. If there is a fire nearby, it greatly increases quality.
Known uses: Used as a supplementary ingredient in Tier 1 Body Tempering Liquid.
Parched Aloe Vera — Tier 1 herb
Occurrence: Grows in places, where the earth is parched.
Harvesting: Collect leaves. Requires the preserving container. Otherwise, it became useless after twelve hours.
Acquiring a seedling: Pluck a leaf that is not shorter than ten centimeters (four inches). Let it dry for three days.
Cultivation: Plant in dry soil. Cover it from rain, but let sunlight in.
Known uses: Used as a supplementary ingredient in Tier 1 Body Tempering Liquid.
