Keira walked out the school building hoping she would find her sister waiting for her by the gate, she hated waiting but Tyra never seemed to notice or even care for that matter. She heard someone call her from behind she turned and came across a really handsome guy who was probably slightly older than her smiling well in a friendly way of course, he was dressed in a smart casual outfit Jean and jacket but he made that look like he was going for a photoshoot. Keira smiled back at him and turned facing him directly.
"Is there a problem Mr Smith?" Turns out he was her really hot teacher whom every girl probably had a crush on.
"No" Mr Smith replied and sighed "I just need to know how far you are with the project you know am counting on you right?"
"Oh ya am getting there you really shouldn't...."
Keira and Mr Smith were interrupted by the loud noise that came from Tyra's car she drove in the school yard playing Sia's cheap thrills at the maximum volume of her car, she swerved her car scaring a few of the kids till she came to a stop, she did love to make an entrance.
"Oh gosh" Keira said just wishing the ground could could open up and swallow her up.
"What the...?" Mr Smith started about to throw the shadiest comment ever, Keira had no words even though her mouth was wide open.
"Hi sis" Tyra said hugging Keira who literally became a statue looking at her. "Sorry am late you will not believe the day I had" she turned to Mr Smith and took off her shades while reaching out her hand "hi Dennis how you are?" Tyra kinda had a crush on keiras teacher and this bugged her.
"Good Tyra how are you?" he added while they shook hands.
"Um Tyra we should leave see you Mr Smith" Keira said and quickly walked away feeling so embarrassed because of her sisters behaviour.
Tyra quickly pulled out her card and handed it to Dennis "call me if at all you want to discuss anything about Keira with me".
"There is no need Keira is a great kid and I don't think she would do anything that would require me to call you" Dennis said bluntly blowing her off.
"Well then I'll get going" Tyra turned her teeth clenched as she thought to herself I am having the worst damn day and this is all thanks to that darn Marcus Waters.
Tyra, George and Keira all sat around the dinning table, Tyra was telling them about her day and George couldn't stop laughing at her.
"You know you should stop hitting on my teacher" Keira pointed out.
"Relax I just like how he looks" Tyra said sipping her wine.
" Dad Can I ask you something?" Keira said somehow all serious.
"Ya sure honey" George responded thinking it's just one of those smart questions Keira usually asked.
"Did mum die because of me?" Keira let out the bomb. Tyra was chewing then she stopped and stuck her eyes on her sister then her father who was equally surprised.
"Honey why would...?" George started.
"Because it's true" Keira let out a cry and looked at both of them, "it's all I ever think about and dream about my mum died because of me".
Tyra stood up and hugged her cause George's tears were already flowing at that moment among the 3 of them Tyra was apparently the strong one. Keira had never brought this up and this was a shock for Both George and and Tyra.
"Listen to me" Tyra said placing keira's head between her hands as she continued to cry"mum didn't die because of you OK?, She chose for you to live she made that choice because she loved you so much" this time Tyra also had tears in her eyes" our mother gave me the greatest gift ever she gave me you" Tyra wiped Keira tears while hers flowed "I will not allow you to think like that about yourself you hear me?". Keira nodded and hugged her sister and they both cried in each other's arm's as George watched them tears running down his face.
That night Tyra spent the night in keira's bed with her Keira was sound asleep while Tyra kept watching her feeling sorry for her young sister.
"I will never let suffer Keira ever" Tyra whispered and cuddled her.
DAYS LATER
Tyra was standing in front of her full length mirror dressing up as Sasha sat on her bed watching her she didn't even seem happy about whatever she was getting dressed for.
"So remind me again why are you going on a date with this guy?" Sasha asked.
"Because I spelt coffee on him then I told him to screw himself and then I called him crazy and some other thing then he turned out to be the investor".
"I still don't get it" Sasha added.
"Despite me giving the best presentation of my life he refused to sign with us then when I told him I would do anything he asked me to go on a date with him".
"Girl between you and me he sounds crazy is he cute?".
Tyra had a quick flashback of him shirtless with a blazer on "um somehow"
The hoot outside the house distracted both girls they rushed to the window and watched Marcus step out his black range Rover wearing a grey slim fit suit white shirt without a tie he looked dashing with his well built body blue eyes one hand in his pocket he looked at the window Tyra quickly closed the curtains.
"Is that the guy?" Sasha said completely shocked.
Tyra was at a loss for words cause this was not what she expected at all.
Tyra and Marcus walked into a very fancy and expensive restaurant something Tyra wasn't used to, the ladies stared at Marcus and this annoyed her somehow and she wondered why.
"So you bring a lot of girls here?" Tyra said sarcastically.
"A little judgy arent you?" Marcus said looking at the menu seriously not even looking at Tyra once. This pissed her off she just wanted to get up and forget the whole deal.
"Listen pal you can just tell me what you really want from me and we can all forget this".
"You want me to tell you?" He responded still not looking at her.
"Yes! Tell me what I have to do to get the stupid deal signed" Tyra responded all angry.
"Are you sure?" He said still focused on the menu.
"Yes!" Tyra said impatient.
"OK!" He put down the menu and looked straight in her eyes, "I want you to be my wife" he responded without a slight glimpse of humour on his face.
Tyra's jaw dropped while she felt like he just sucked the life out of her.
