Alec finally understood. Gracie was gone, he didn't think she would ever leave him, and he has clearly been in a fight, so she must have been taken!
Going inside he sat down with a medical kit and started tending to his wounds. He had a cut running down his cheek, and gash under his knee, and multiple bruises on his forearms.
"What happened here, and why can't I remember anything?"
He slowly put a bandage over the cut, trying to remember what happened. After staring into the mirror for a little bit he remembered looking back and a man in all black swinging at him.
The person was taller than him about 6'2" it seemed, Alec was 5'10", the man was muscular and wide shouldered, Alec tried to block the attack, but was knocked down anyway. He had turned around quickly trying to crawl away, that's when he hit his knee on a rock, Aldc had keeled over in pain and the mam walked over. Alec had kicked at the nan, surprising the man, after Alec stood up, a woman grabbed him from behind, the woman was bit shorter than him, about 5'3", she grappled his arms and the man grabbed a knife and tried to slice his neck, but Alec thrashed and the knife just grazed his cheek, the woman then kicked Alec's legs in and Alec hit the ground and passed out.
"Woah. but what happened to mom?"
He looked around the camper finding his and his mom's phone, he tried to unlock hers but it was locked, he set hers down and grabbed his, unlocking his phone he called the police.
When they got there he told them they couldn't go near him, and that they need to backup, the cops reluctantly listened and stepped back.
Alec came out of the camper and told them that his mom and him had been attacked, and they took her. The cops asked to go inside and he said yes, stepping to the side.
The cops slowly climbed in one by one, and started investigating the camper. A cop came closer to Alec and he said quickly and seriously. "Stay back, please. I dont want to hurt anyone."
The cop instinctively put his hand on his gun, and Alec explained to him his power, the cop then slowly moved his hand away from the gun in its holster.
"Son, can you tell me what happened here?"
"Yeah, we were just sitting around and two people attacked me, I don't know how many attacked my mom as my backs turned when they attacked her, but i fought against tow people and was knocked out, and they didnt take anything from what I could tell."
"Ok, so were gonna take you down to the station, while making sure you... dont touch anyone."
They then walked towards one of the cars.
