Three people were seated together, engaging in a discussion about various topics, including the Star Tower. At first, Ximen Changtian and Nu Huangjin did not want to see Ximen Gongfu, especially after what Ximen Yan did to their daughter in the survival challenge.
However, their curiosity was piqued by Ximen Gongfu's story about the soul of a powerful cultivator residing in the star tower, as well as by their children's stories about changes in the tower. Hence, Ximen Changtian and Nu Huangjin wanted to investigate those matters themselves, so they decided to meet him.
