CHAPTER NINETY-EIGHT
ANONYMOUS PERSON'S POV
PRINCE HERKES AND AMANDA
"Are you sure of what you are saying?" The voice on the other end of the line says in a sharp, hasty tone.
"Yes, I am…now do exactly as we agreed, or the deal is off!" Amanda says quickly.
"You have my word." The other person says and hangs up.
Slowly, Amanda drops her phone and turns to cuddle Prince Herkes and act like nothing happened. She is however shocked by what she sees.
Prince Herkes is staring back at her, with a knowing look on his face.
Amanda gasps, but she tries to cover it up with a smile. "Louis? I had no idea that you were awake. How are you doing?" She asks.
Prince Herkes is however not having it. "Who was that on the phone?" He asks, his nostrils flaring.
"That was a friend." Amanda answers dismissively.
