Kalista stares at the man sitting in front of her. "What are you talking about?" She asks.
"I asked you if you have ever thought about your mother and where she is from." Emrys says.
"Emrys, you know how I feel about my mother. I don't know why you are bringing her up now. I don't know what my issue has to do with her." Kalista bursts out angrily.
"Alpha Kalista, I understand that you are under a lot of pressure, but you need to calm down and try to understand that for us to understand what is going on, we need to trace your roots." Emrys says.
"Okay. Okay." Kalista says.
"We both know that your late father was a werewolf, there are no two ways about that. However, where did your mom come from?" Emrys asks.
"I….I don't know. I just know that she loved me so much, and we had a good relationship before she disappeared." Kalista says.
