Gray Dexter is still in a daze as he walks out of Raul's hut. He is really bothered about Kalista. As much as he does not want to believe the fact that his Luna is a vampire, he knows that what he saw while in Raul's hut was nothing but the fact and the truth.
How come? How come she is a vampire? He never ever saw the signs…..wait, he actually did. Gray remembers when he was with her in the room, and her temperature became very cold.
Gray knows that vampires are always cold. Their temperature is always very cold. No wonder her body was icy, but at the same time, she did not feel it at all. She did not feel shit. He should have known that something like that was the matter, but there he was, thinking that Kalista's body was cold simply because of the medications Raul had administered to her.
He had seen it….he just did not know.
