ALPHA KALISTA DRACONIS' POV
"Mate!" He whispers again, walking slowly towards me, and I instinctively move back.
Right now, I am very confused, and a lot of things are running through my mind. Is he my mate? Am I his mate? Is that why my uterus wiggled when I saw him at breakfast yesterday? Oh, shit!
"Why are you not saying anything, Kalista?" He asks me.
"I…..I…." I stammer, not knowing what to say.
The man is about to speak when Natalie comes out of her room, and as soon as she sees him, she wraps her slender arms around him.
"Bernard! How are you doing today?" She asks him.
"I…I am okay." He answers, not even looking at Natalie. Instead, his gaze remains on mine.
Natalie follows his eyes and her expression darkens when she sees me. "What are you doing here?" She asks with a very mean expression on her face.
