Brom was stunned, as soon as Henry spoke about his suspicion.
"I knew that I was dead in your past, am I right?" Said Henry while he said goodbye to him.
Never had a chance to say the truth to Henry, Brom just stared at his back and took a sigh. He continued to read the list of the place that he need to go when a hand touch his back.
"Mother, I need to go now." Brom knew the touch, the warm hand of his mother.
"No, Brom, I wanted to talk, now, or I will tell everyone upstairs that you kept something major from them!" The rage in chief Amaris' eyes gave Brom a sudden fear.
He took his time and finally, he smiled at her and said, "Come on then, let's go for a walk."
He open the fence and they went out into the valley, just the two of them, walking around the tall golden grass, when the moonlight shone through to the field of the golden grass. Brom and Amaris enjoyed the view when she finally throw the looming question to her son.
