She tried to push him off her with her left hand which was free no matter how much strain it put on her injury, but his grip on her only tightened making her wince in pain. Surprisingly, his grip immediately loosened enough not to hurt. It was shameful to admit, but his proximity did things to her that she couldn't even understand.
