"We had to kill them because they would have been subjected to a much more worse fate." Tara's voice broke Seraphina from the bobble of fear she had been enveloped in.
"I don't understand."
Tara hummed and stood from her seat, before taking a few steps to the window to look out.
"As a result of your memory still not recovered, you do not understand, but I'll explain to you so you would. A hundred years ago, a child was born. An abomination. A curse...." Tara trailed off, breathing deeply.
"Every one thousand years, a curse is born."
"A curse?"
"Luna's punishment to every being. It is said that she believes that we all contributed to her being betrayed and pushed from power after all she had done for us." Tara remained looking out the window with her back to Seraphina who couldn't tell what the story had to do with her, but it was an interesting one and she was a curious being.
"Who is Luna?"
